You must be 18+ to commission me. You must be the owner of the PayPal account that will be used to pay for the commission.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

I reserve the right to upload the commission on any / all social media unless specified by you beforehand to keep the commission private. You may also ask to remain anonymous on my social media posts.

I do not work on a "first come first serve" basis. Smaller commissions / commissions that do not take much time may be worked on in between larger commissions / commissions requiring more time.

I will do my best to provide you with updates on your commission consistently; however, if you must contact me about your commission, you may do so through my Discord, Telegram, or email. Be aware, though, that I work full-time and will not be available to respond to messages until after 4:00 PM CT on weekdays.

Please properly credit all art you purchase from me if you share / repost it. My username across most platforms is honeymews.

You may make minor edits to the completed commission, but I would appreciate letting me know first.

You may not redraw / trace over my work to make it a completely new character or design without asking my permission first.

You may not remove my watermark from the commission. If you would like the watermark moved to a different place you can ask me and I will do it for you.

You may re-upload the commission for personal / non-commercial use, but only if proper credit to my social media is provided.

You may not use the commission for any commercial use.

You may create physical items (buttons, pins, etc.) of the commissioned piece for personal use (gifting to friends, handing out at cons, etc.) but please provide proper credit when applicable.

You may not claim the commission as your own work, regardless of any edits made to the commission.

You may not, under any circumstances, mint / tokenize the commissioned piece and sell it for non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

You may not use the commissioned piece to train AI databases.

I will try my best to have all commissions done in a timely manner. I have a full-time job, so art is only a hobby of mine, therefore commissions will only be worked on when I have free time.

Commissions will usually be completed within one to two months. If I think it will take me longer than two months to complete your commission then you will be notified. I also will not work with deadlines or rush orders.

All commissions will be done digitally and no physical copies will be sent out.

All high quality commission files will be sent via email, Telegram, Discord, or uploaded to your ToyHouse upon request.

I only accept payment through PayPal invoice. Full payment is required upfront before any work will begin on your commission.

If you try to pay for your commission with any form of cryptocurrency your commission will be cancelled immediately.

You will never be asked to pay for the commission through PayPal's Friends and Family option, nor will you be obligated to pay extra in order cover any fees.

Refund amounts depend entirely on the progress of the commission posted to the queue. Finished commissions do not get a refund. Up to one week is required for me to issue a refund after it has been requested.

If I must cancel the commission for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund, in addition to a .PNG file of whatever progress of the commission has been completed.

You will not receive a refund if you are unsatisfied with the commission after completion. If you are unsatisfied with the commission, you can ask me to make any minor edits for free; major edits will cost an extra $5 per edit.

If a chargeback is issued you should be able to prove some form of negligence or loss of communication regarding a refund on my part.

If a chargeback is issued to avoid my refund policy your rights to the commissioned piece will be forfeited. You will also be blacklisted from commissioning me again, as well as blocked on all of my social media, and a public notice will be made to warn other artists about you.

Shading is an extra $10.

Any extra character(s) is another $20 per character.
