Terms of Service

GENERAL / PROCESS

  • You must be 18 years or older or have parental permission to order from me.

  • I will not take description based commissions.

  • You must have an updated reference sheet or a clear reference image of your character. This does not apply for design commissions/custom adoptables.

  • I will provide sketches for confirmation before a commission is completed. Any major changes you would like made must be decided at this point. If you decide you would like more changes after the image is completed additional charges will be added.

  • If you require edits to your finished commission, you have 24 hours after it is sent to request so.

  • Depending on the length of my queue, commissions can take anywhere from 1-3 months to receive. Feel free to contact me for updates at any time.

  • I do NOT give out .psd or .csp files.

  • If your commission has a deadline, please make me aware of it. If the deadline is tight it may effect the price of the commission. Also, make sure you keep an eye on your messages in case I need to contact you quickly.

RIGHTS

  • I own all intellectual property of my designs and artwork. You may not use it for personal branding, advertising or any kind of personal profit.

  • You may print commissioned artwork for personal use only (badges, prints to hang up, etc). You may also use commissioned artwork for personal icons and banners.

  • I have the right to decline a commission if I choose so.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason.

COMMUNICATION

  • Check my contact page for the best ways to get a hold of me.

  • If you do not respond within 48 hours it will result in you losing your commission slot, adoptable or auction win.

  • Occasionally things come up and you commission might take a bit longer than expected. If this happens I will be sure to contact you about it.

PAYMENT

  • I will not start on your commission until it has been paid for. Alternatively, do not request a commission if you cannot pay for it within 24 hours.

  • If you've won an auction of claimed an adoptable, it must be paid within 24 hours.

  • Payment is only accepted currently through Paypal and CashApp as USD.

  • Do NOT bid on auctions if you don’t have the money.

REFUNDS

  • Only partial refund will be given if I have started work on your commission.

  • I will not give refunds on completed work. If you are unsatisfied I can offer changes to your commission.

  • I do not give refunds for bought adoptables/designs (there may be exceptions to this).

REVISIONS

  • Please do not be vague when requesting changes. Gather everything you would like fixed in one clear message.

  • I will make minor edits your image once after showing the final product, and the change requests must be made within 24 hours of your commission being completed/posted. Large edits might include extra fees.

  • I delete the files after getting positive feedback from the customer. So if you are unhappy with something, speak up right away!

REGARDING ADOPTABLES

  • I do not mind you reselling designs you have bought from me for EQUAL TO or LESS that you purchased them for. If they come with extra art that you've made or commissioned, you may resell for more than originally purchased.

  • You may make any changes to your purchased design as long as I am creditted with the original.

  • You can make my adoptables into premade fursuits as long as I am partially compensated AND credited with the original design.

REGARDING REPOSTING

If it is something you commissioned
from me you are allowed to
repost with proper credit to:

  • Twitter

  • Toyhouse

  • Furaffinity

You are NOT allowed to repost on:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • Tumblr

  • Amino Apps

  • Reddit

If it is fanart you do not have permission to repost AT ALL.
If you find that my fanart has been reposted somewhere I request that you
either contact the poster and ask to have it removed OR report them!

RENTII SPECIES

Rentii are a CLOSED species
created by horribull in 2009!They can be obtained by
commissioning one, buying one
from an adoptable batch, or getting a
slot in a Make Your Own (MYO) event.

RULES:

  1. You can NOT make your own Rentii.

  2. You can NOT make your own Rentii adoptables.

  3. You can make small edits to Rentiis that you buy.

  4. You may resell rentiis that you've bought. You can resell for more than purchased if they come with additional art.

  5. I can ban you from owning Rentiis if i see fit.

I also retain the right to edit rules if problems occur.
