All payments must be made through paypal invoices.

All prices are listed in USD.

All payments must be made upfront before any work can be done. There are exceptions for commissions over $200.

Prices can differ from base prices due to each character's complexities.

Payments with crypto currencies is strictly banned. Asking to pay with crypto will result in a blacklist.

I retain the rights to any artwork I create and can use it in any way I please.

Customers may ask for artwork to be kept private/unposted on social media, but cannot demand it.

All artwork I make is owned by me.

All designs made by me cannot be claimed as otherwise.

I retain the right to refuse service to anyone as well as keep a blacklist.

Failure to comply to these rules will result in being blacklisted.

Non-Commercial art cannot be used for profit.

Extra W.I.P. images will be provided upon request of the commissioner. W.I.p. images will be provided in the following stages:

Any artwork created by me is not to be reuploaded, reprinted, or heavily referenced in any way without my direct written permission.

Credit must be provided once you have permission to reupload or reference my work by linking to at least one of my social media profiles.

Artwork created by me can never be minted or tokenized as a NFT, nor sold for any crypto currency.

Commissioned character references or artwork are allowed to be reuploaded to showcase sites like sta.sh, refsheet.net, toyhou.se, etc with direct credit.

Copying, claiming, and tracing my artwork is not allowed in any circumstance and will not be tolerated.

Editing my artwork is never allowed. Please ask me for any edits you want to an artwork.

Covering or removing my signatures and/or watermarks from any of my art is not allowed.

If you wish to have the watermark or signature somewhere else I will do that for you, do not do it yourself.

Selling any of the art created by me for your own or anyone else's profit is not allowed and will not be tolerated.

Please note that a strict deadline can hinder my ability for good work.

Reasonable deadlines can be made, but I prefer to work without them. Any Artwork will be finished as soon as possible, But don't expect them in one day. Things like paintings and especially animations take much longer.

You can usually expect a piece to be finished in 1-2 weeks after you have been reached in the queue.

Please feel free to message me at any time to see progress on your commission, but do not pester me daily.

100% of the payment can be refunded before the image has finished being sketched. After the sketch is complete and/or the lineart has been started only 75% will be refunded. After the lineart has been finished only 45% of the payment will be refunded upon request. After that stage refunds will not be given.

Commissioners may not demand a refund after the lineart stage has been complete.

You may not file a chargeback against me if i have worked on the artwork and provided images as proof, doing so will get you blacklisted from purchasing a commission from me again.

If an artwork is refunded at the specified stages the image will no longer be worked on and what has been finished will be provided to the commissioner.

Work on a commission can be halted at any time before and after the lineart stage and what has been finished will be provided to the commissioner, but no refunds will be made after the lineart stage.

You may not resell a design for more than purchased without the presence of commissioned artwork.

Personal artwork does not count towards a character's value, nor do art trades or gifts.

To update a character's resale value, please contact me (valhowlla).

When updating or making a new refsheet for a character, a creator credit link is always required back to me (unless it is on toyhouse).

Claiming my artwork or designwork as your own is strictly banned and will result in a blacklist.

To avoid using my designs as fodder, please wait a week or 2 before reselling or retrading. Exceptions apply to emergancies.

you are free to redesign any of my designs as long as the design can be reasonably seen as derived from the original design. Redesigning a character completely (changing a purple pegasus to an orange buffalo with entirely different markings - basically creating an entirely different character) will not count as a redesign and instead should be thought of as a new character without ties to the initial design. Please ask me when a character would be considered a completely new design!

All redesigns must be resold with the original design. You may keep original design in a separate tab, but the designs must stay linked.

Unless I myself say otherwise, Co-owning any of my designs is not allowed. It can lead to messes and headaches and I find it best to avoid it completely.

My designs are not allowed to be used as breedables (mixing a design with another to create "offspring" in order to sell). Creating a family for personal use is fine, but do not use those designs to generate income.

When trading a design in return for artwork, the value of the artwork must be equal or lower than the current value of the design.

*** Please avoid underselling your artwork! Do not trade 15 fullbodies for a $20 design! Know your value.

Once a design is traded in return for artwork, it cannot be sold again until another commissioned piece is added to their gallery. The design, however, is still trade for another design or artwork.

If a character is traded for art equalling to less than its current value, its new trade value is equal to the sum of the artwork's value.

When trading a character, keep in mind the values of each design. A design of low value (say $20) is traded for a design of high value (say $150), the previously $150 design is now worth $20 - and the previously $20 design is now worth $150. These values cannot be raised until commissioned artwork is added to their galleries.

Neither my artwork nor designs are allowed to be used or sold as NFTs (non-fundible-tokens). They are also not allowed to be purchased with any crypto currency. Doing either of these things will result in a blacklist.
