  • 100% payment is due upfront.

  • i don't accept payment plans unless your invoice is over $100, in which case 50% is due upfront and the rest is due apon completion.

  • this can be done in a maximum of 2 payments.

  • i take payment upfront through paypal / venmo / cashapp.

process

  • payment clears.

  • you will be sent a sketch for approval. at this point, you may make any additions/changes needed.

  • once the sketch is approved, i'll begin your project. i update progress realtime via trello.

  • apon completion, i'll send you a dm + email you the high quality un-watermarked file.

  • turnaround time is 1 month.

copyright

  • i, the artist, hold all rights to the artwork i produce unless otherwise agreed apon. i may post your piece on social media or use it to promote my work.

  • you, the commissioner, may use my copyrighted work for personal use. if you are using your commission for something that does not earn you money, (such as on social media as a pfp / banner, or on your toyhouse as a pagedoll) it is considered personal use.

  • if you are using your commission for something that does earn money, (such as on merchandise like tshirts / pins / etc.) this is considered commercial use and is not allowed without prior discussion and payment.

  • as stated in the payment section, commercial work is subject to a 300% commercial use fee. this gives you the indefinite rights to alter, reproduce, and sell your commission on any merchandise / platforms that produce revenue.

  • commercial rights come with the original files which include separate PSD layers. please discuss this with me beforehand so i can take extra precautions when preparing your files.
