By purchasing a custom/adopt, you automatically agree to my terms of service, so please read them thoroughly.

- Animals (any species, anthro or feral. Can do hybrids as well)

- MLP (any species. Can do hybrids as well)
- Animal Crossing (villager or NPC. Can do any species aside from official ones.)

- Heavy religious themes.General information- Please do not use my designs in art, stories, etc. that glorifies sexual assault, pedophilia, racism, homophobia, transphobia, zoophilia, and other illegal/immoral content. Other than that, feel free to use my designs however you want, including commercial use. You're free to redesign them as much as you'd like as long as I'm credited for the original design.- For payment methods, I accept PayPal (USD), DA points ($1 USD = 100 pts), Maya & GCash (both PHP).
*I only accept USD for PayPal payments. Please don't convert it to PHP.- You may gift, trade, and resell my designs for any amount anytime. Notifying me of who the new owner is would be greatly appreciated but not required. Designs received for free CAN'T be resold unless they come with additional art (additional art made by me doesn't count unless it was paid for). You may still gift or trade them, however.- You're allowed to repost them to any sites as long as I'm properly credited and it has my watermark. Please avoid reposting unwatermarked images of the design. If uploading them on Toyhou.se, please credit MochaMonchi.- Any chargebacks made on any of my designs will result in a block and your ownership of the design revoked. These designs will be put up for sale again.Adoptables- Flatsale adopts are in a first come, first serve basis. Please don't offer anything else, haggle, or offer more to outbid the person that asked first. I'll only accept the listed payment methods.- For OTA adopts, art and custom payments must be done within a week. Extensions can be made as long as you mention a specific date. If I receive no art, custom or response past that, then the adopt will be available again.- All sales are final and no refunds will be given.- I won't be doing any design changes on adopts (pre-made designs) lower than $20. Feel free to redesign them yourself, however.Customs- Please fill up the form found at the bottom when ordering. You may send the form through the following:

- Email ([email protected])- Please provide as many visual references as possible, especially for clothing. Color swatches/hexcodes and palettes would be greatly appreciated as well.- For gender, please include how you want them to be presented as (masculine, feminine, or androgynous).- WIPs will be provided. These are usually the sketch and colored versions separately but sometimes I send them together. You may also opt for no WIPs and just receive the design, but please note that there won't be any changes done or refunds if you don't like the result.- Any minor edits are allowed during the sketch process and up to 5 major changes (such as species, entire outfits, entire palette and/or markings change, body type, etc.) are free of charge. Any major edits beyond 5 as well as edits once the sketch has been approved will have an extra charge. Please note that you're not allowed to keep or use any of the designs made before the final design.- Changes after the sketch are only allowed if it's a mistake on my part.- If you have any changes on the form, please let me know! I tend to only look at my Trello when working so I might miss it if you edited the form without telling me.- I won't be giving them names or write character descriptions.- Refunds will be given if I'm no longer able to work on your custom. The amount will depend on how much work I've already done on your custom. - These are off-base customs. On-base customs are opened randomly on DeviantArt.- All customs will be lined and flat colored. A color palette will be included. Reference sheets are not available at the moment.- Prices will depend on the complexity of the custom.

- Furry/anthro (kinsona/character based only)
- Pokemon- Please PM me on Toyhou.se, chat/notes on DeviantArt, or Discord (Mocha#1584) if interested in trading.- You have to finish your part first before I finish mine. Feel free to heavily watermark your part until I'm done with mine, just please don't block out the most of the image.- These will be offbase, however, bases will be used if you used one for your part.- Please do NOT add shading! It can be confusing even if a color palette is included.- Please mention what species/franchise and design elements you're comfortable doing as well as those you don't like doing.- You may be as specific as you wish about the design!- You can ask for up to 4 customs at a time. The number of customs I will ask for will be the same as how much you ask for.- I'm willing to accept art in return as well! Art must be a lined fullbody.- Please state what species/franchise you're comfortable drawing as well as those you don't like doing. I have a lot of character based OCs so please tell me if you're uncomfortable drawing those.- No WIPs will be given unless you do the same. Updates and estimated dates are listed on my Trello.- I won't be giving the design a name and a character description.- I won't do headshot, halfbody, or full reference sheet custom trades. I'll only do fullbodies but I can add a color palette if you'd like.
