T.O.S:

BASICS:

I. My usual turn-around time (T.a.t.) is two to four weeks. i will do my best to keep the commissioner updated if there are circumstances that will slow me down.
ii. i prefer contact on toyhou.se, tumblr, or discord. i am not active on other socials.
iii. prices are non-negotiable. tips extremely appreciated.

PAYMENT:

I. Payment must be sent within 48 hours in USD. I expect to be paid either 100% of the cost up-front unless discussed previously. Other methods/timeframes can be discussed, but that must be done before payment.

REFUNDS:

I. Full refunds will be supplied if there is no significant progress and it has been longer than three months, at the request of the customer.
II. Otherwise, refunds will only be issued before/during the lining phase. If you request a refund after the lining phase, it will not be granted barring extenuating circumstances.
- Refund with a sketch done: 50%
- Refund with lines in progress: 25%

W.I.P.s:

I. I will supply extra works in progress (WIPs) if asked. I usually send the sketch, lines, and flat colors. If you’d like to see more, please request that specifically.
II. After a sketch WIP is provided, I will be happy to change any expressions, poses, accessories, etc. If the WIP is in the coloring phase, only minor edits will be made*.
*If the mistake is not my fault- if it’s unclear on the ref, I am unlikely make major changes. If it was a complete error on my part, of course, I will change it.

DESIGNS:

custom process:
i. i prefer to receive some guidance on customs. this can be small, like a moodboard, or fairly exacting.
ii. i will initially make a messy concept of your design. if you do not like it, i will do up to two more entirely new messy concepts. after that, there will be extra charges. edits/adjustments OK.
iii. after a concept is approved, i will make an off-base sketch to settle body/fur type. there are unlimited edits allowed to the sketch, within reason.
iv. i will then make the final design. at this point, there will only be minor edits made, unless you are willing to pay extra charges.NOTES:I. I do not do revocations of designs. I may blacklist you, but I will not take back designs unless you did not pay/provide promised services.
II. I transfer designs after all art is done/money is paid/etc., unless I know and trust you.
III. I prefer to have all my designs uploaded to toyhou.se. If you need an account, please let me know. I have 100+ codes and am happy to give them away for free.DO NOT:
I. Use my designs commercially, unless you have asked me beforehand and I have explicitly confirmed it is OK.
II. Make my designs into any closed species or adjacent communities (open species, semi-open species) without asking me.YOU MAY:

II. Make kit-characters of my feral designs for roleplays. I do not allow hypokits for profit, and request to be asked before any hypokits are sold at all, even if they were not initially made for profit.
