Terms of Service

By purchasing my services, you are agreeing to this tos

  • Commissions

  • 100% of the payment is sent before starting the commission.

  • A sketch will be sent for approval and changes desired by the customer (with a limit of 3 changes to avoid abuse of this rule).

  • When commissioning art for an OC, any art showing the design works.

  • I don't do refunds unless specific cases of irresponsibility, etc.

  • Delays and inconveniences will be informed.

  • Art

  • Commercial usage of my art is not allowed unless stated otherwise.

  • My art can be used for inspiration, as long as it's not tracing/basically a copy (and claiming it as your own)

  • Design

  • You own the character's design rights but I reserve the rights of my artwork.

  • Once you purchase a design made by me, you're allowed to redesign it in any way you desire; I support the creativity and malleability of design concepts.

  • The design can be used in merch, video games, etc. The only thing I kindly ask for is credits (such as "design originally by Inkverse / Inkverse_Painter").

  • Do not claim the design as your own creation / work (only if you actually edit the design which puts your work into it).

  • It's preferably that you sell a design for its original value if more hasn't been added. However, this is not mandatory and do what you think is fair.

  • My designs can be used as a source of inspiration, never to make copies of them.
