Insectuality

All commissions are subject to an increase in price starting at 5 dollars for design complexities. These include but are not limited to: Armor, detailed patterns, alternate color schemes, props, and extra parts (such as 4 arms).

Once started, the commission is unable to be fully refunded. After the first sketch WIP is sent, the refunded amount will fall based on the amount of work completed. Refunds requested before any WIPs are sent will be repaid in full. And if at any point a refund is requested while in progress, the commission will be halted at the current state of completion.

Turn around time varies. Commissions will be completed in queue of which they were paid. Standard art turnaround generally falls under a week, and Vtuber art takes 2-4weeks. Rigging time is entirely based on complexity of the model, but takes 2+ weeks.

Changes to artwork in the sketch phase will be free, but after sketch phase, changes will cost upwards of $5. If the change requested is a fault of the artist (me), it will be changed free of charge, regardless of commission progress.

All payment will be made through Paypal in USD and requested via invoicing. Payment plans for large commissions or bulk commissions are available but must be discussed first. Tips are welcome but will not influence queue or turnaround time.
