Subjects in the above list with ** symbols are those I don't have much practice or confidence drawing. These subjects can still be drawn if requested, but it will be experimental.

I do not draw solely from text or description only. Please provide a reference sheet or compiled references with supporting text.

Extra fees apply for complex or detailed designs. You must select the appropriate add-on fee in your commission request. If these are not selected and the character is complex / detailed, I will contact you and you may: pay the appropriate add-on fees, allow design simplifications, change your commission request for a different character.

I reserve the right to deny any commission enquiry if I feel I cannot fulfill the request to the best of my ability.

After reading and agreeing to the terms of service, you can place an order via my Ko-fi commissions page. Communication will be via Ko-fi unless alternate contact information (twitter, instagram, e-mail, discord) is provided.

Estimated time of delivery is 2 weeks - 2 months. Commission work days are primarily my days off from my day job (any other time used to work on commissions is at my discretion and not guaranteed). Please keep in mind art is not my full time job.

Any potential delays to commission progress / delivery will be communicated to the client via my Trello board or individually if possible. Clients are always welcome to enquire about the status of their commission. I will do my best to respond to any enquiries within 48 hours.

No refunds are provided unless I am unable to fulfill the commission request.

Adoptables are only sold via my Ko-fi shop. Custom character designs or outfits can be commissioned from me via my Ko-fi commissions page.

No refunds are provided for premade adoptables. Refunds for custom character designs or outfits will only be provided if I am unable to fulfill the commission request.

You may make edits to the original design, including the original artwork, AFTER you have asked me for permission. This includes making the design into a Closed Species with a proper proof of permission from the species creator.

You can request design edits from me for an additional fee (Eye and skin colour edits are free).

For custom character designs or outfits, you are allowed 3 free revisions. Additional edits and revisions can be made for an additional fee. There are no free revisions provided for "Surprise" custom character design or outfit commission options.

You may trade or gift designs obtained from me.

You are allowed to resell designs obtained from me for their original purchase value or lower. Additional commissioned art of the design can be added to the design's resale value. Personal art, gifted / free art, and art received from art trades may not be added to the design's resale value.

I must be informed of any and all ownership changes of my designs. New owners must adhere to my terms of service.

All commissioned artwork and adoptable designs delivered are digital products and no physical product will be sent to you.

You must credit me for the commissioned artwork or adopt design at all times, including if reposting / re-uploading, sharing, and/or displaying it anywhere. For adoptables, you must also credit the base maker (if applicable).

I do not allow my artwork or adoptable designs to be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI art, or related content.

Commissioned artwork and adoptable designs are for personal use only. Personal use includes: use in original stories, roleplays, personal display, and other personal projects not for profit.

Commercial use for the commissioned artwork and/or adopt able design can be purchased for an additional fee (will be listed as an add-on on ko-fi).

Commercial use includes: use of the artwork for branding/promotions, in public webcomics and related media, physical or digital merchandise, and other for-profit projects. For adoptable designs, this includes using the design as a vtuber / pngtuber or as a mascot for a shop or for-profit project.

For on-base adoptable designs, commercial rights are for the design only, not the artwork. You must consult the base maker for their terms of service regarding commercial use of the original on-base artwork.

For all adoptable designs, including customs, commercial rights are not retained if the design is transferred to a new owner. The new owner must purchase commercial rights from me if they would like to use the design commercially / for profit.

Commercial use fees are not required for displaying commissioned artwork as a social media icon / avatar, page doll, or decorative header / banner.

I, the artist, reserve the right to use any of my artwork and its works-in-progress to: promote myself in any place or site via post or display with proper credit to you as the character owner and to the character designer.
