I have every right to refuse a commission for any reason.

I have the right to blacklist individuals for any reason.

You must be over 16 to commission me.

You must be 18+ to receive an NSFW commission.

My turnaround time is 3-4 months, often sooner.

You may request a deadline 18 days in advance. Any sooner requires a fee.

Be patient with me. I will not tolerate badgering or harassment for updates.

You may repost my work with proper credit as long as you own the character drawn.

Do not edit my art.

You may use my art freely for personal use.

If you wish to use my artwork/designs for commercial use, ask me in advance.

I only take Paypal or CashApp.

I only take USD, please convert appropriately if needed.

I will not start without proper payment.

Do not send me money without my acceptance, whether it be a commission or adopt.

Commission slots are not secured until they are paid for.

You have 24 hours to pay for a service or adopt unless otherwise agreed upon.

I can provide a full refund after 2 months if no progress is started. Prior to that, I can only offer a partial refund.

Going through a PayPal chargeback in order to receive or force a refund will result in immediate blacklist.

If I need to refund you or cancel for any reason, please respect that.

I will give an estimated timeframe for a refund, which may be a few weeks up to 2 months.

Clients will cover state tax (4.5%) and transaction fees (if applicable) of no greater than $10 additional.

Discounts are reserved for supporters of my Ko-Fi, Patreon, or Discord Membership tiers.

Delta Orionis supporters get: 15% off artwork, 10% off customs.

All supporters get: 15% off reference sheet commissions; 100% off bases.

Let me know in advance for any edits you wish for me to make of your character's designs. I will never purposefully remove a design element without consulting you, the owner. If I have missed something, you may request for me to make the change to accommodate it.

If you are unhappy with the piece to the point of needing it redrawn, you must pay a fee no greater than 75% of the original price.

I expect punctual responses, within 1 week. If I am unable to contact you repeatedly (3+ weeks without contact), your commission will be finished without your consultation, if full payment was made.

I do not walk back on progress made, once a wip has been approved (ie: changing the lines once I've started coloring).

Please ask UPFRONT for alt hairstyles/lineart and such. If asked for mid-process, there is a fee.

While coloring customs I prefer quicker responses. Please be thorough in changes too.

You are subject to these rules regardless of whom you got my designs from, as long as you currently have one in your possession.

You may sell/trade/gift my designs as you please, even if they were gifted to you.

Do not sell/trade/gift my designs to anyone on my blacklist.

If you are scammed with my design, I cannot be held responsible.

If co-owning a design, do not delete the original TH. I cannot be held responsible for co-ownership disputes.

You can change the species of a design without explicit permission, just keep my credit.

Any additional Toyhou.se profiles made of my designs must properly credit me.

You may reference aspects of my designs with the owner's permission. Do not rip off or copy my designs, you will be blacklisted.

I only permit color changes and small trait changes for CS, I do not allow large edits to my art.

My designs may not be fully overhauled or voided if they are less than 3 years old. Ask if that is the case and you wish to void them.

Do not delete any original the toyhou.se profiles of my designs. Only extra profiles made, such as for co-owners, may be deleted.

You may not force my old designs on me or delete them because you cannot sell them.

Breaking my TOS will never result in me taking my designs from you. You will be blacklisted, however.
