The following information is the terms for purchasing custom artwork from me (the artist). You automatically agree to these terms when you make the purchase.I. GENERAL TERMSBy commissioning me, you are confirming that you are 18+ years old.I have the right to decline any commission, without explanation.I can cancel and refund a commission at any time with prior notification to the commissioner, in cases of poor communication, inappropriate behavior, or abuse.II. PROCESSOnce paid, Iβll start working.You will receive a draft sketch for approval. After, I'll send you progress shots (inking, colors). I'll proceed once approved.High-resolution image file (PNG) and a smaller version for internet upload (JPEG) will be sent to you after the work is completed. Original source files won't be provided.III. REVISIONSYou can ask for small changes after you receive the coloring progress update.If you decide to want something significantly different, like a pose or character change resulting in me having to start over, these kinds of revisions are subject to an additional fee.Revisions made after final files have been approved and sent to you will have additional fees.IV. USEDo not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand.I reserve all rights to display all commissioned works on any website or gallery.You cannot claim my art as your own. Please credit me when posting it on other sites.You can make the commission private by paying an extra 50% of the total price. This means it won't be shared on my social media, included in my portfolio, or published under my name.Please reconsider posting full-resolution works online, as there is a risk that they may be used by third parties without your knowledge.IV. PAYMENTAll prices and payments are in USD.Full payment upfront. Wait for me to send you the PayPal invoice.VI. REFUNDSIf you cancel before I start working.No refunds after commission is completed and approved.In the event of personal circumstances that prevent me from starting the work, such as illness, broken equipment, or any other reasons, I will provide a full refund
