TOS

These are my terms of service, or my rules, for a lack of a better term. Please read these before requesting a commission. It may be important to you.

  • Furries & Humans

  • Fanart

  • OCs

  • Light Gore

  • Logos, Designs, etc. (with proper consultation).

  • Suggestive / NSFW / Fetish

  • Mecha, Armor, etc.

  • Hard Violent Content

  • Depictions of Abuse / Abusive Relationships

  • 100% of your total commission price must be paid upfront. The sketch will be completed, then the commissioner can approve or add feedback to the concept. After the sketch is complete, I will send the sketch to ask about any alterations, and I will update the commissioner on each stage of the process.

  • I do NOT accept any type of payment besides PayPal, Ko-Fi and VERY OCCASIONALLY DA points. Snail mail, art, Amino Coins, etc. cannot be accepted.

  • No NSFW at all. This includes fetishes, suggestive poses, etc.

  • I will not draw any hate art. Examples of this are racism, killing exes, etc. (yes, people actually request these).

  • You must own the character or have explicit permission from the owner of a character to be drawn by me (this is for stolen characters, not for commissions that are presents or fanart). Fanart of public characters are permitted, and I may provide a discount if you request art of something I'm interested in. NO REFUNDS will be given for stolen characters, even if the commission has already started.

  • Refunds CANNOT be given if I've finished your commission or you've refused to communicate with me. A 50% (approx.) refund will be considered (with extenuating circumstances) if I'm partially done with your commission (past the lineart stage). This is up to my personal discretion.

  • You do NOT have permission to line my sketches, color my lines or sketches, use my line-art as a base, put my art on merch (unless otherwise discussed) etc.

  • My commissions are priced in USD($). If this isn't your normal currency, please send the right amount translating to USD($).

Commercial

You are free to use the art as a personal icon, as long as the page is not business-focused. I would prefer a summary of what you are going to use the art for before the commission is started or completed so I can give you an accurate price.

==Level 1==: When the artwork is NOT the main focus/bulk of the product. Examples: Promotional material, game assets, business cards, etc.
Price is multiplied x2.==Level 2==: When the artwork IS the main focus/bulk of the product.
Examples: Merchandise, prints, shop items, reselling of pins ordered through me, etc.
Price is multiplied x3.
