In case you have entrusted me with a Commission/YCH/Custom:
Payment is sent in full before the commission starts, otherwise I won't start it.
My means of payment are only Paypal (USD) and Deviantart (DA Points).
My wait times tend to vary a lot as I am an extremely distractible person with an anxiety disorder, so if you are in a hurry with your commission or want it by a specific date, please kindly let me know before sending the payment.
If more than 3 months go by and there has been NO progress on your commission, you have the right to request a refund.
The vast majority of my commissions will be uploaded to my social networks, so if you want to keep it private, let me know before making the payment
If I managed to send you a sketch, lineart or coloring, please be patient, it means that I am trying to advance your commission.
If the design of your character is complicated for me, the commission will have a slightly higher cost (In case of being a YCH, the price does not increase due to the complexity of the character).
I have the right to refuse a commission if I don't like its content, I don't handle it or a problem occurs. So please, if that happens, don't insist.
In case you want a design of mine:
Give me credit for the design! Regardless of whether it is a new creation, an old design or you have done a redesign to the character.
You can only resell it at a higher price if it has extra art (For example, if you bought me an adopt for $5, having extra art medium/high quality made by you, you can sell it for $15). But don't inflate the price in an exaggerated way!
Let me know if there will be a big redesign and/or a change of species to my desing/adopt
Don't delete or hide my designs that are transferred through ToyHouse!
If you have obtained a design of mine for free and want to give it to someone else, you cannot get anything in return (money, art, characters, etc.) only give it away, unless it has 2 extra arts.
Adopt Notes
β If you don't follow my condittions, I will be forced to block you and add you to my Greylist/Blacklist depending on the severity of the issue.
β Each and every one of these rules is present in both current and old adopts/designs/customs of mine that were transferred by ToyHouse!
β These rules may be updated from time to time to be more specific and avoid misunderstandings, so if you want to sell or trade one of my adopts, please check this page again. Especially the part about the gray and black lists.
Greylist
People on this list are not allowed to obtain a design/art from me, unless I am notified and I consent.
If I find out that one of these people got an adopt/art by me without asking me first, the user who gave the adopt/art and the user on the list, will be automatically moved to my Blacklist.
People here were included for minor breaches of my rules and have a chance to no longer appear on this list.

Blacklist
The users in this list do not have any right to obtain Adopts/Arts made by me.
If I discover that one of my Adopts/Arts ended up in the hands of one of these users thanks to a third party, said user will be moved to the Blacklist for non-compliance with it.
People here were included for major infractions of my rules or even terrible behavior towards me or third parties (For example, bullying, manipulation, toxic behavior, etc).
They have a chance of not appearing on this list anymore, but in a VERY minimal way.

β I have the right to not notify any of these users who are on these lists, unless a situation occurs in which it is strictly necessary tell them.
β If someone on the blacklist got a design from me before them was there and ignores my conditions, I have the full right to revoke the character with who broke those
rules.
β Just because I put the users and reasons on this list does not mean that I hate them or favor any questionable behavior against them.
