I will start with your commission, once the payment is 100% complete.

Payment will be made through PayPal and Ko-fi. If you are from Mexico, you can pay by Mercado Pago or transfer.

The waiting time can be from 1 week to 6 months. (Delivery time can vary from depending on the difficulty of the artwork or current commission queue)

All commissions I make are for personal or non-profit use, unless otherwise stated.

The commercial price is double the original price of your commission. (Applies if the drawing will be used for Twitch, Youtube, or whatever public page for promotional or advertising purposes) This can also change, depending on the use you are going to give it, the commercial price may be higher!

Merchandising license cost X3 of the original price.

Returns will not be accepted once the drawing has been delivered.

If you wish to cancel your commission, and the sketch has already been shown to you, your money will not be refunded.

The size and resolution of the image is my decision, if you are looking for something specific, please let me know in advance.

I own the rights to every image I make.

Please do not remove my watermark!

You can't resell my art.

You are not allowed to distribute any of my art for anyone else to freely use/edit on any sites.

The use of my art in AI is prohibited (don’t try to make arts for character with AI, don't put ref itself in AI etc).

Do not use these pieces of artwork for NFT conversion.

You are aware that you are purchasing an intangible/digital product.

I make the commissions in the order in which they have been paid to me.

If you want your commission to be a priority over others, you will have to pay an extra cost.

Please! Be patient, don't ask me on the same day you pay me, about the progress of your commission.

I have the right to take breaks for personal art, private life, etc.

I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason and not to tell you that reason.

You can make 3 changes free of charge. Each extra change costs $5 usd.

I will not reduce my prices for specific commissions (Do not try to haggle or get a discount).

Be specific with the references you provide. If you want something completely different after the commission, you will not receive a refund.

I have the right to charge extra for difficult or very detailed characters.

For more characters in the same commission, you will have to pay an extra price.

Once your commission is finished, you will be provided with a Google drive link to download it in better quality.

I have the right to post commissions on any of my websites and use the image as an example for my portfolio, unless otherwise specified.

The commissioner may post the products on other websites, if I am given credit.

Break one or more rules and you will be added to my blacklist and I won't accept any future work with you.

Specify the type of drawing slot you want to order from me.

References to the appearance of the character.

References of expression, pose, clothing, etc. of the character.

Brief description about the personality of the character.

Do I have permission to publish the result of your commission on my social networks and/or use it for my portfolio? If your answer is YES, add the following data in your message: Your username with which you would like to be credited, or if you wish to remain anonymous.

As soon as I have a preview of your commission, I will send you a DM with the image and my respective watermark, the quality of that photo will be inferior to that of the final result.

Please, try to inform me of all the aspects with which you are dissatisfied in the sketch, so that I can apply the necessary changes to it at once.

I will send you updates about your commission via dm or email.

At the end of the drawing, I will provide you with a google drive link so you can download it with good quality.
