- Full payment must be made before I start a piece (All payments are through Paypal)

- Base prices can and will change depending upon the complexity of the character or commission. Please be upfront about the details of your commission in order to avoid additional fees. (This applies to both props and environmental interactions)

- English is my only fluent language (please consider language barriers)

- A reference must be provided, (unless you are ordering a custom), in which case the details must be provided to me within the same message.

- Please feel free to check-in on the progress of your piece through Discord (KittySpade)

- I am able to refuse any commissions for any reason.

- You are allowed to repost any art commissioned from me wherever you please, however, you must credit me as the artist! (Just link this page)

- Once a commission has been fully completed I will not make any changes/alterations to it, so be sure to inform me of any changes you would like made when I send WIPs

- Commissions are not refundable unless I need to cancel for personal reasons, in which case you will receive a 100% refund for the inconvenience.
