You, the Client, will be expected to read my ToS, and understand my general commission prices.

You, the Client, may display my art and/or services on social media sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may not use my art and/or services or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.

You may not claim my artwork and/or services as your own.

You may use the artwork I make for personal use such as: avatars, phone/computer/tablet wallpaper, personal website/profile displays.

You may not use my artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (ex: t-shirts, keychains, flyers, etc.)

For any adopts that I may create, you retain the rights for the character design.

You are NOT allowed to modify the artwork that I make for you without my permission.

You are NOT allowed to trace over my artwork in any way, including using it as a "base".

Any harrassment in an attempt to obtain a commission from me is not tolerated. This includes blatant NSFW comments in public comments, social media, or private messages. I reserve the right to blacklist anyone over harassment.

Clients who have commissioned me before these TOS has gone into effect are still bound by these conditions.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please these terms carefully.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist, editor, or VA.

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork, edits, or VA work in my gallery, unless otherwise requested as a private commission.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

I do not do: humans, heavy mecha, extreme bara/fetish art, or anything that makes me uncomfortable.

If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commerical use, the total price of the commission and any other royalties, will be agreed on upfront.

The minimum price increase is 100% of the original price, which means double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fitting.

The following cases are considered commercial usage: Reproducing or selling the artwork (publicly or privately), You receive profit from a platform where you post my artwork (ex: Youtube, Twitch, Pateron, Personal Sites, Business Cards, etc.)

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send the full image in any requested medium, but my signature will remain on any artwork.

You are responsible for protecting your ownership or rights to a character design made by me, when posting to any other sites.

I retain ALL copyright over my work. This includes the right to redistribute (posting the image to my site/socials/portfolio), unless otherwise requested to be a private commission. I will give proper credit to you for character ownership.

If you wish for your commission to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

I reserve the right to charge a fee if deemed fitting.

Please note that while I am comfortable with NSFW/Fetish art that is requested by any adult, any extreme requests that are not mentioned as extreme/uncomfortable (like inflation, vore, etc.) before/while ordering will be denied.

The private commission fee starts at +%5 of the total sum, but it may differ depending on the project.

You are expected to fill out the commission form.

Following the submission of the form, you will get a reply from me discussing the details of the request as well as me confirming your commission.

As stated in my prices, if your character is extremely detailed, I reserve the right to charge an additional fee to include these details. This will be stated before payment, and you have the right to change details of the commission/simplify the character before payment is complete.

Please organize your request to be concise with minimal abbreviations.

Before sending any payment, please make sure to wait for a reply so we can discuss the details.

I will send an invoice after everything is processed and confirmed. You need to confirm the payment to me before I start your order.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

I only accept USD via Paypal, Kofi, Cashapp as payment. You are responsible for currency conversions.

You are responsible for 50% of the sum price upfront before I start. No exceptions unless discussed.

Payment via Paypal are sent via Invoice method only, unless otherwise stated. I will cover the fees as it is expected from the Artist per Paypal ToS. What you see = what you pay.

I will not accept payment from a shared Paypal account unless you are of not legal age and use a guardian's Paypal account.

If payment is not made within 24 hours of the Invoice being sent, the commission will be canceled.

I will refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.

Once I start the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS

I will only refund around 80% if there are Paypal errors, taxes, and/or transfer fees.

If I cancel a project, I will refund 100%.

If we agree on a payment plan and start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund said deposit if you back out of the payment plan.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

If for any reason your Paypal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me ASAP in order to resolve the issue.

You must contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and legal action if severe enough.

Payments will be made upfront, to prevent being scammed, or malicious intent

NO cancellations after said edits have been approved, and payment has been sent

I retain the right to use created edits for display in my portfolios

Private commissions are available (said edit won't be displayed on my sites), but please ask/mention before hand - Commissioner must agree to credit me when showing.

Once edit is finished, no changes will be made (except minor things like text colors) - YOU are responsible for downloading and storing your complete edits

I have a right to decline any commission for any reason (uncomfortable with the topic, busy with my comm que, etc.)

ALL commissions will be done in USD, or your local currency - adjusting for currency conversion will be done on my part, but please be sure to check yourself just in case I'm researching wrong

Paypal is greatly preferred - Other sources like Cashapp, Kofi, etc. will be considered, but still....paypal >>>

Do not try and rush the completion of my edits, I am a quality > quantity creator

After payment has gone through, there will be NO REFUNDS (unless I have to cancel due to health, family loss, etc.) & a stern agreement for no chargebacks.
