Terms of Service

WHAT I WILL DRAW☆ fanart
☆ original characters
☆ humanoid characters

WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW☆ NSFW, nudity, or suggestive content
☆ anything that makes me feel uncomfortable
☆ animals or furries
☆ mecha or armor
☆ excessive violence/gore
☆ anything that is overly complicated/detailed

GENERAL INFO

what you will receive:
☆ If necessary, I will send progress shots of the sketch phase and flat color phase before sending the final version of the commission.
☆ I will email you a full-sized .PNG or .JPG image file of the commission
☆ The commission will NOT be sent without my watermark/signature
☆ Commissions can take from a week to a few months for me to complete depending on my work/ school load!
☆ I will only make significant alterations to the drawing during the sketching phase!references:
☆ Please provide clear images of the character(s) you would like to be drawn.
☆ If no such images are available, please at least provide a very detailed description of what you would like.

PAYMENT

☆ The only payment methods are through paypal, ko-fi, or vgen
☆ you must first confirm your commission order for me to send my paypal!
☆ everything must be payed upfront.
☆ I do not do refunds after the cleaning/ rendering stage has begun.
☆ If I cannot start or complete your commission, I will give a full or partial refund depending on how complete the artwork is.
☆ I do not allow cancellations unless I have not started rendering yet.

RIGHTS AND USAGE

AS THE ARTIST...
☆ I have the right to decline, cancel, or refund a commission for any reason.
☆ I have the right to share the commissioned work on social media (however, I will still ask for permission).
☆ If the artwork contains original characters, I will be sure to credit the owner(s).AS THE COMMISSIONER...
☆ you may NOT claim the commissioned work or use it for commercial purposes.
☆ you may upload the commissioned artwork on social media, but you MUST credit/ link me.
☆ you may NOT alter or trace the commissioned artwork.
☆ you may NOT take credit for my work or remove my watermark.

SIMPLE RENDER PRICES:bust: $20
half-body: $30
full-body: $45ADDITIONAL COSTS☆ simple/no background: $free
☆ simple/no lighting: $free☆ a detailed character is + $10
☆ adding an additional character will add half of the original price to the total(ex: original price = $20 and adding another character (+$10) makes the total $30.)DISCLAIMER: simple renders will not be as clean or detailed in shading and there is no option for complex lighting or background.
