-payment upfront, USD through paypal or ko-fi, for models a payment plan of 50% upfront and 50% at completion is OK, PSD will be sent after payment is complete-digital art: 1-3 weeks, live2D models: 3-6 weeks-orders will be worked on in chronological order-I generally do not accept rush orders, but you can ask!-canceled before I start working: 100% refund, canceled mid-work: 50% and you cannot use the work, no refunds when finished-all work may be used for any personal use such as pfp or header. vtubing rights are included with models, for all other commercial rights (merch, advertisement, ect.) please dm to discuss details.-do NOT use my work as an NFT, remove the watermark, or use without proper crediting (credit in carrd is ok for icon/header, please credit directly in posts)-I have the right to refuse or cancel/refund any orders
