•Inspiration is ok but do not take heavy inspiration or copy my art or designs
•You may not edit my artwork without my consent; please reach out to me to see what you can change

art tos
•full payment must be sent before i start te commission
•i don't do refunds unless i issue them
•i reserve the rights to my artwork; usually i will post the commissioned art or add it to a portfolio, however if you don't want me to do that, please let me know!
•my maximum turnaround time will be two months! feel free to ask for updates, but please be patient with me ^^
•i tend to slightly alter colours to fit the overall composition of the art, if you don't want that let me know!
•please provide a clear reference to your character!
•my art can be sent to you as a digital image (png) via toyhou.se or e-mail, whichever you prefer :)
•feel free to type out as much detail as you want for ur commission as possible (like pose, expression, etc)! or if you want artistic freedom that's fine too!
•do not remove my watermark or ask for it to be removed
design tos
most of the "art tos" apply here, however there are some extra notes that are important to read!
•do not back out if i've accepted your offer; for money offers, unless holds have been discussed, you have a max of 24hrs to send the money. In case if a chargeback or a fraudulent scam, you will be blocked and/or blacklisted.
•do not ask me to rip-off, copy or heavily reference a design i or someone else made
•feel free to ask for edits on a custom-made design in the wip stages! if a design is fully scrapped, you must be okay with me recycling it and using it for something else
•do not resell the design for more than you bought it for, unless it has extra art (via commissioned art/personal art)
•all of my designs must be kept on toyhouse; if a new profile is created outside of it, let me know!
•ontop of that, i allow co-owns, however only one toyhouse profile may be made
•if you wish to keep your characters hidden, please authorize me/give me a key for me to see only the characters i designed, as i prefer to keep track of them ^^
•notify me if you make baby/family designs using one of my designs as the parent/related to inspire off of; i must approve it first
•you may make as many changes as youd like (you can ask me for help if you'd like!), however please keep the original profile on the toyhouse page!
