terms of service
ART TOS
• i only take paypal (usd)
• payment must be upfront
• please have your money ready before commissioning
• i have a right to refuse a commission
• proof of payment must be shown [via screenshot]
• commissioners must pay within 24 hours of requesting a commission
• if a commissioner holds, they must pay by the due date (maximum hold is 2 weeks unless discussed with me)
• i am not responsible for reminding you to pay, if you do not reach out to me or ghost me, you will be taken out of queue and your commission will be cancelled
• commissioner must provide a high quality image of their character
• please don’t rush me, comms take a few days to months (NO DEADLINES)
• i will send updates when i can, commissioners may ask for updates
• completed commission can be sent via email or toyhouse
• if you’ve read the entire tos, say “boxed” at the end of your message, otherwise i will not accept
• personal use only, commercial use is not allowed
• i do not do refunds
DESIGN TOS
• you can use the design however you’d like as long as it’s for personal use (commissions, etc.)
• you can NOT use my designs for anything weird (fetish art, zoophilia, etc.)
• you cannot sell a design more than base value as well as designs recieved for free UNLESS there is additional art attached to it. (excludes gift art)
• you cannot claim my design as yours, if you redesign please keep my credits included
• do not de-transition my trans designs without permission
