Customs

About customs
I work better with more vague descriptions,
ideas, or moodboards. Ex: “I want a Scene core lynx with rainbow hair and piercings. Give her stripes on her legs and a long tail.”I will refuse your custom if what you ask for gives me 0 artistic liberty. Ex: a 2 paragraph description that gives me no room to create. It's not enjoyable and it stresses me out. If you would like a design based off an existing design, DM me and we can work out a price.

Terms of Service

Terms are subject to change. By purchasing anything from me, you agree to these terms.

Process and Payment

Usual wait periods are about 1-6 weeks, depending on where you are in the current queue and the complexity of the commission. You will receive one WIP but feel free to ask about more along the way. You may pick how you receive the final image (Options include Email, Sta.sh, Toyhouse or dropbox!)I require 100% of the payment after I send you the first WIP, if you do not pay in full within 24 hours I will not finish or work on your commission until payment is received. If payment is not received within 72 hours without a viable excuse I will cancel the commission and you will be potentially blacklisted.All payments will be made via PayPal or Cashapp as an alternative. (Goods and services, no address attached )-Holds and Payment plans-
- Holds can be done for returning customers (someone who has bought art from me in the past), with a max of 72h.
- Payment plans can be accepted for large bids/commission pieces ( min of $150) for a maximum duration of 1 month (30 days). Extensions of up to 1 additional week may be given depending on the circumstances at the discretion of myself. Buyer must request an extension BEFORE all time has elapsed in the original agreement.
- Payment plans must contain a non-refundable down-payment of at least 20% of the full purchase amount that is paid immediately after the agreement.
- Payment plans are NON- REFUNDABLE. If full payment is not recieved at the end of the agreed upon timeframe, amount of cash that has already been paid will NOT BE REFUNDED to the buyer. Refunds will also not be given to those who back out of a payment plan. Those who back out will also potentially be blacklisted.
- Any pending art/adopts/commissions will be resold, repurposed, or deleted depending on the situation if buyer fails to pay or backs out.

Refund Policy

- Any commission that has been or is in the process of being lined, colored, or shaded is non-refundable unless 3 or more months have passed with no progress on my end. If this is the case you will be provided with a 50% refund.
- Commissions that have only been sketched or are in the process of being sketched are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Designs may not be refunded once they have been purchased for any reason.
- Bases may not be refunded unless you are not able to use the base as intended. (Proof will be needed) You must delete the file immediately after, and you may not redistribute any parts of the base.Unsolicited refunds or chargebacks will result in being blacklisted.

Personal

I have the right to refuse a commission request for any reason whether it be due to personal reasons or legal reasons. I do not have to explain why.-Things I WILL NOT draw: hatespeech, some fetishes, Hate Propaganda, Controversial art-Things I am willing to draw: Anthro, humanoid, Feral, Suggestive art, Nudity, Humans, Nsfw (ID will be required. I may not be comfortable with everything. Nsfw pieces will be more 50% more expensive than sfw)
NEITHER MY DESIGNS NOR ART WILL BE USED FOR NFTS OR ANY OTHER CRYPOCURRENCY. DOING SO WILL RESULT IN A IMMEDIATE BLACKLIST WITH NO CHANCE OF APPEAL.

Adopts

-Once you win an auction/ota/purchase a flat sale, you MUST pay in full within 24 hours unless you have a viable excuse. If I receive no response within 24 hours of the initial request for payment I will put the design back up for offers.-Backing out for no reason results in a blacklist. (ex. just deleting your comment) Backing out more than 2 times will result in a blacklist.-Due to prior experiences, I will only be doing holds for returning customers, and up to 72 hrs max.-You are not allowed to edit the original image. If you want to make small edits to the design, create a copy.
-All designs must stay on toyhouse and be visible. If you need to hide a design from the public then please authorize me in advance.Once you purchase a design from me, feel free to do any of the following.-Resell, gift, or trade it-Draw it (please do)-Get commissions of said character-If you would like to use a design/my art for commercial purposes, you’ll have to pay a premium fee of 350% added onto the base price. Otherwise, any art/designs commissioned are for personal use ONLY.The things I do ask of you are to:-please keep the original design in toyhouse if you decide to redesign a character.Do not inflate the price for no reason. Ex: buying it for $10 and selling for $20 without having extra art.
If you received a design for free, ie: a gift, raffle prize, etc, any worth they may have had is now voided and you may not sell unless extra art is added after receiving them.Please wait at least 1 week after purchasing a design to resell or trade it. If you bought the design as a gift for someone else, there is no cooldown and you may gift it immediately.Do not delete character profiles from Toyhouse for any reason. Do not create character profiles for existing characters. This also applies to co-owning. Only one user may have the character on their toyhouse. This is to prevent confusion.Terms are subject to change. If these terms are breached you will receive one warning, and then you will be blacklisted. You will automatically be blacklisted with no warning if you fail to pay for anything. Certain terms will result in an instant blacklist if breached.Blacklisted users are not allowed to purchase/offer for any of my designs nor are they allowed to participate in auctions/OTAs. They are also not allowed to purchase any commissions from me. Trading, gifting, or selling to these users is also prohibited. Do not attack these users, the blacklist is public simply so you can know who to not trade/gift to. If you are blacklisted you may appeal to be taken off the blacklist after 2 months have passed but there is no guarantee i will agree!

Trading, gifting, or selling to these users is also prohibited, if you do so you will be blacklisted aswell. Do not attack these users, the blacklist is public simply so you can know who to not trade/gift to. If you are blacklisted you may appeal to be taken off the blacklist after 2 months have passed but there is no guarantee i will agree!-Blacklisted users-
