payment must be before or after the approved sketch. i won't continue with the commission until payment is received !

completion time varies depending on how busy i am + mental state usually it's around 1 week to 1 month

you can ask for small edits after the commission is finished

as creator of the art i retain the right to showcase it in online galleries (with credit that you are character owner) or as examples

i make refunds if i deem that the art hasn't been delivered in the agreed timeframe

you may use the commission for personal use only, and repost with credit
