❖ Kourakia General Terms of Service.

⬩ I reserve the right to decline any commission, work request, payment plan, or sale to any individual for any reason.
⬩ All commissions must come with a full reference of the character, I will not design any part of a character for a non-custom design commission.
⬩ There is only one opportunity to ask for minor edits once I complete the sketch. No edits will be accepted once my work process moves on from initial sketch concept.
⬩ Commissions are made to order, there are no refunds and I will not begin the commission until payment is complete. If you fail to pay for the work in full, there will be no refund of whatever portion has been paid.
⬩ Unless a rush fee is paid to have work completed by a specific deadline, I reserve the right to take up to 6 months to fufill the order.
⬩ Multiple character pieces, NSFW and pin-up commissions are available upon request but will incur an extra fee.
⬩ Complex characters, materials, components, objects or compositions will either be simplified or incur an extra fee depending on the case.
⬩ I reserve the right to post my works, wips, and practices to my social medias or portfolios at my discretion to promote myself, my business and my work.
⬩ Editing of my works in progress and finished work is strictly prohibited.
⬩ Commercial use of any of my works by the commissioner or any other party is prohibited.
⬩ Commercial use/rights may be discussed. Purchasing commercial use/rights does not invalidate my own commercial rights to my works.
⬩ If you would like to use my art for a game, comic, merchandise, vtuber, as a post on your social media or website, or else wise to promote yourself or have identified with yourself or your work(s) you must first contact me to purchase commercial rights.
⬩ Use of my work, or any pieces of my work for cryptocurrencies, AI art, AI art training and NFTs is strictly prohibited. Association of my works in any form to the aforementioned is strictly prohibited.
⬩ Purchasing commercial rights from me does not allow the work to be used for cryptocurrency, AI art, AI art training and NFT.See further Terms of Service below by section.

✦ Kourakia Terms of Service.

ー Kourakia Additional Patreon Terms of Service.

⬩ If a Patreon reward is unclaimed by the time specified in the benefits section of my Patreon, it is null and may no longer be claimed for that payment period. It is your responsibility to claim it within the time frame if it is desired.
⬩ Rewards do not rollover, they reset each month regardless of if they have been claimed or not.
⬩ Once a Patreon reward is claimed for it’s payment period, you may not alter or change this claim (i.e. requesting a different character for the monthly bust).
⬩ With the exception of a specific individual's personal commission, Patreons are not allowed to redistribute any part of the Kourakia Patreon rewards.
⬩ The monthly illustration suggestions can be either fanart of a licensed character or my own original character. Post-debut vtubers may be suggested.
⬩ You may not receive a refund for the Patreon subscription.

ー Kourakia Additional Adoptable Terms of Service.

⬩ I reserve the right to deny conversion of any of my adoptables to a closed species. To convert any of my off-species or Luxeos adoptables to a closed species, I will review their full terms of service and its compatibility with my own terms of service. If a conversion is allowed, I am not responsible for helping you obtain the means of conversion like a Make Your Own (MYO) ticket nor provide edits to the design per the standards of the closed species in question.
⬩ Closed species redesign commissions are available from me for my own adoptable designs only. The availability of these commissions is subject to my regular commission openings.
⬩ If commercial rights to the design have been purchased, any closed species conversion of a design is allowed at the commercial rights holder’s discretion.
⬩ Purchasing a custom design from me does not grant commercial rights.
⬩ The original design by me will always exist within my records.
