I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason without question.

Final price of your commission is determined upon ordering.

Please, provide me with a clear reference. Description is only acceptable if you want a custom design.

Commission is expected to be finished from a week to 2 months (depends on your position in queue, complexity etc).

I do not accept deadlines that are less than a week. If your commission has a deadline, please tell me in advance so we can discuss it.

I reserve the right to interpret your character in my own style. This includes things like tweaking colours or markings to better suit the style of my art. If you do not want your character's colours to be changed, please tell me in advance.

Upfront paymant via PayPal. For people from Czech Republic or Slovakia via bank account.

I will charge extra fees for complex designs (overly-accessorized, complex markings, complex clothing designs).

I can take payment plan if needed.

After approving the final sketch, any major changes done require a small fee (except changing mistakes done by me). Minor changes are free of charge.

After the sketch is done and approved, I can offer a partial refund based on how much of the commission is finished. However, if I am not able to complete the commission due to my own personal reasons, I will provide a full refund.

You may never claim the work as your own.

You may not alter my work in any way without my permission. If you want to do some changes after the piece is finished, please contact me, so we can work things out together.

You may repost the commission anywhere you like but only with a proper credit. If you're not the owner of the commission you may not repost it or use it in any way.

I reserve the rights to the artwork, so you may not use the commissioned work for any projects (commercial or nonprofit) without my permission, nor redistribute the artwork as your own.

For stickers: you can print them but only for your personal use, you may not sell them for your own profit.

I reserve the right to display the commissioned piece on my social medias, online galleries, and in my portfolios. However, you may request to keep your commission private until a specified date or indefinitely and they will not be upload to any of my socials/online galleries.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibted.

Using my artwork for AI training is strictly prohibited.
