The use of the term “Artist” refers to me, the person who creates the “piece” or “artwork”The use of the term “Piece/Artwork” refers to any digital or traditional produce that the Artist createsThe use of the term “Customer/Client/Commissioner” refers to anyone who seeks to obtain art from the Artist. Paid work or no.I have the right to refuse or deny any commission without having to provide a reasonI retain the right to use finished commissions however I need to. Mostly I will post to social media / use them to promote myself and my brandIf you The Customer are commissioning work of someone else’s IP (Intellectual property, aka another artist’s character) please let me know before I startAll Work bought from me unless specified is for personal use and enjoyment. Not for commercial use! If you will be selling my artwork, or artwork of a design I created you must discuss it with me beforehand This will change the nature of your commission.

Process and Delivery

Please Contact me on Discord or Telegram (information on commission page) and please tell me what you’d like, including references and specificsPlease send me up to date and relevant references and specify what the references are. If you’d like a pose from one specific reference, but the clothes of another, please specify that when sending references. If there are references that are unclear, then I cannot redo an art piece because of your reference selection.I will send you an estimated amount for your commission, and once agreed I will send you an invoice via PayPal. All commissions must be paid in full up front unless payment exceeds $200 USD.For all commissions there will be an estimated turn around time of 4 - 5 weeks. Due to my busy schedule, full queue and other obligations.I will send a rough sketch of your commission and wait for approval on the sketch. Once it is approved, I will work on your commission until completion. Please tell me your revisions in this sketching phase. There will be no further changes accepted after this point ;;When I’m finished I will DM you the watermarked files via social media, and email you with the finished unwatermarked files via your PayPal email. I will also post a watermarked version of your commission online. If you’d like me to tag you please let me know !I am not responsible for any damaged or lost filed after initial deliveryAfter delivery, the storing of any files you commissioned if the responsibility of you. I will not give refunds for lost files. I keep a backlog, but due to storage I will only keep these backlogs for 6 Months

Payment and Refunding

After you send me a Commission Request and we agree on the quote, I will send you an invoicePayment for all work (Commissions or Adoptable Designs) will be paid up front and in full unless I, The Artist, offer another option. If the commission total is above $200 USD then we can discuss other options if need beComplex and highly detailed characters will have a fee added onto the original price ! This will appear in the quotePayment for work will be handled using PayPal invoices unless specified otherwise !If you have an idea of other ways to process transactions let me know and I might consider it, but for now we will be using PayPal invoicesRefunds are not allowed unless I have not started on your commissionIf you approved the sketch and I have started on your commission refunds will not be availableRefunds are not available due to lost or damaged files after delivery.
