TERMS OF SERVICE
CUSTOMS
I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.My commissions are only open through commission posts or private inquiry.My designs may not be sold for more than they are worth unless there is added artwork.I may reference old designs for commissions.I do not allow design changes unless i have given permission.You must alert me if Reselling, Trading, or Gifting. Failure to do so may result in a Blacklist.
DESIGNS
I do not allow altering/drawing over my designs.Please do not straight up copy my designs.Specific characters (specifically Fursonas of mine) are unable to be Traded/Gifted/Sold to anyone other than me. I will Blacklist.
Colorpicking is fine as long as you have BOTH my permission and the owners. You MUST change the design completely and not mimic my design.My designs cannot be Resold, Traded, or Gifted away without my knowledge! This is to prevent Theft and Blacklisted users from obtaining my designs.
PAYMENT
Payment must be sent immediately unless we have discussed a payment plan. I will only do 75/25 payment plans.Commission TAT can vary from 2 weeks-2 months. I have both physical and mental limitations that prevent me from working for long periods.Retracting bids may result in a Blacklist.Chargebacks may not be initiated! If i get a chargeback i will resell the design, void the transaction, and any Custom designs will be finished to be up for sale. You may also be Blacklisted.
BLACKLIST
Any users breaking my TOS may be blacklisted.Blacklisted users may not Obtain my designs, Commission, or Message me. Users who sell/trade/gift my designs to blacklisted users will be blacklisted.I have the right to blacklist regardless of if my TOS was broken or not. Users may be blacklisted for many reasons, such as making me uncomfortable or being related to Blacklisted users.

Commissions start at $45 for a singular fullbody, solid color background. Includes mini Likes/Dislikes and additional information.Reference sheet style customs start at $85. Includes front + back view fullbody, headshots, complex background, accessories, Likes/Dislikes and added information.ADDONS
