I fully have rights to my artwork - meaning I can use it as examples, post it on my social media, etc. If you wish to have the commission be private, please state it first.

If the character drawn is owned by you, you retain the rights to your own character.

If my artwork is used as an icon, banner, background or uploaded to your own social media, credit must be given to me by stating my username or linking to one of my social media.

My art cannot be used for tokenization/NFTs and training AI/ML models.

I will contact you via the mode of communication you have listed in the order form if I have accepted the commission or not.

When accepted, I shall add it to the progress board located here.

Once I start, I will send a rough sketch to you for approval. Most sketches I do will be traditional sketches. This is the stage where you can request unlimited edits. Once approved, I will send an invoice after calculating the total.

Once I receive the invoice payment, I will work on the commission. You will receive updates at each step (lineart -> base colors -> shading). You are also free to ask for an update at any time.

Commissions will take up to approximately 3 - 4 weeks to finish.

Once completed, I will send the commission to you in full resolution in .png format to your email.

Payments are done through PayPal and in USD.

Once totaled, I will send an invoice. Do not send payment beforehand.

Any changes to your commission request must be discussed before I start working on it.

A partial or full refund can be done upon cancellation and discussion, depending on the commission's current progress.

Once the commission is completed, it is not eligible for a refund.

Edits regarding missing details on character designs will be added for free.

Small edits (e.g. color changes) can be done for free in a 4 month time period after you receive your completed commission.

Large edits must be discussed within a 6 month time period after you receive your completed commission. A fee will be negotiated depending on its complexity.
