Please be patient with me.♡ My art style may vary slightly, I'm always working to improve myself which can result in minor inconsistencies.♡ I do not work very well under the pressure of deadlines, but you're free to ask. Terms of service

PAYMENT TERMS
♡ I only accept currency in USD via PayPal and occasionally DeviantArt points, at a rate of $1.00 = 100 points.♡ Full amount is to be paid upfront unless discussed otherwise.
Payment plans may be accepted for large orders of ~$100.00 or more.♡ For payment for digital art through PayPal, send through "goods & service" and select "no address needed"♡ I retain the right to refuse your commission for any reason I deem necessary.♡ Prices listed are non negotiable.


TERMS OF USE
♡ Commissioned artwork is to be used for personal use only.♡ You are prohibited from using my artwork for NFTs (nonfungible tokens)♡ I retain the right to share or upload the drawn commission for future examples.
Inform me If you wish for the piece to be kept private.♡ You have the right to share, upload, or modify the commission with proper credit given where due. If uploading to toyhou.se, please credit me under @l3lue♡ You may not modify my SFW art to be NSFW. Doing so will result in blacklist without warning.


REFUNDS & CHANGES
♡ You may request a refund at any point except after the commission is fully completed. Refunds will never be given once the commission is fully completed.♡ Full refunds will only be given if the art hasn't made it past the sketching phase.♡ Once I've started the linework, you may only recieve a partial refund for the work yet to be completed. You may receive the unfinished piece as is.♡ I have the right to refuse a refund if I believe I can complete the commission in a timely manner. Although, this will likely only happen if I am already close to completing it.♡ I may offer a refund in the case I feel I am taking too long or struggling with your specific commission, you have the right to refuse except in the rare case I am physically unable to complete it.♡ You may request minor changes to the commission after completion, If I missed anything please do let me know! I will fix it for no additional cost.♡ I can not guarantee to make any changes 30 days past when the commission was completed.

Design TOS

MODIFICATION & USE
♡ You may make any changes to the character as you wish; change species/gender/markings/colors/give them alt forms, etc!♡ I'm fine with my designs being completely redesigned, whether by yourself or commissioned, as long as I'm credited for the original design.♡ My designs may not be used to promote or condone illicit behavior outside of story telling purposes. My designs absolutely may NOT be used in works to glorify pedophilia/bestiality/sexual assault/racism/homophobia/etc..♡ As the character owner, you have the right to modify, re-upload, share, or otherwise use original design's art, so long as I am credited for the original work (in the case a base was used, the maker shall be credited too)♡ Commercial use of my designs are permitted. Though you must not sell merchandise using the artwork I made of them, nor use them for NFTs.♡ If you commissioned me for a redesign, please only credit me for the edits, and keep the original creator credited for the original design.♡ No need to credit/tag me every single time you draw a design by me, just please don't claim you originally designed them yourself. If uploaded to toyhou.se, please credit me under @l3lue


RESELLING/TRADING
♡ You may resell/gift/trade the design.♡ You may resell them for more than you originally paid if they have extra art, but be reasonable please. Value can be added for purchased/drawn art.♡ If you want to make clones/twins/very similar looking offspring, they must be kept with the original design and must not be resold/traded/etc.. separately.


BLACKLIST
♡ Please do not intentionally sell/trade/give my designs to blacklisted usersThese users are here because they've repeatedly violated my terms or have exhibited scamming behavior:@/ no one's on the list yet, thankfully !


FINAL NOTICE
In short; Just be reasonable when reselling, don't trade/resell/etc clones separately, and give proper credit where needed, otherwise do as you wish!If you have any questions or concerns, don't be afraid to ask.
