TERMS OF SERVICE
I have the right to refuse a commission/customer I am uncomfortable with. Terms and prices are subject to chance at the artist's discretion, but any previous payments will not be affection. My work time may fluctuate depending on what is going on in my life, which includes college, work, and potential emergencies. If for whatever reason the commission cannot be completed, I will offer a full/partial refund depending on the completion of the piece. Commissioned artwork can only be used by the customer. Full refunds will not be offered for pieces that have been started. I DO NOT and WILL NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES give permission for my work to be used/minted as an NFT, cryptocurrency, or any kind of A.I. software.By agreeing to the commission and paying the invoice, you agree to these terms.
