I have every right to refuse a commission without disclosing the reasons.

Payment must be made in EURO € through either Paypal invoice or Ko-Fi.

Full upfront payment is requested for commissions under 50€. For commissions over 50, first half is requested upfront, second once the sketch is approved. Payment plan can be requested for commissions over 100€ and must be discussed beforehand.

Tips are highly appreciated but are NOT refundable.

Your commission won't be started unless at least half of the payment has been made.

Full refund can be requested if your commission hasn't been started.

If you want to cancel your commission after seeing the final sketch, a refund of 50% will be made. I will, in no way, refund more than that amount. Please note that even if the artwork hasn't been finalised, T.O.S rules still must still be applied & respected.

No refund can be made after the approval of the sketch and the final product of the artwork. You have no right to charge back your commission if I did not agree on a refund. If you charge a refund after the delivery of the final product, your rights to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted. You will also be permanently banned from doing any business with me or my creations. I have every right to file a complaint and I have all the rights to the money you have given to me.

Deadline must always be noticed and discussed while ordering. Depending on the deadline, extra fees may be applied.

I do not accept rush order nor accept payment to put up your order in my queue.

You may use any commissionned artwork for personal use. Commercial use must be discussed while you are ordering. This does NOT apply to PNGtuber/Vtuber models/designs which have automatically commercial use.

You may NOT edit, copy/reproduce any commissionned artwork.

You may NOT use or redistribute unwatermarked version of your commissionned artwork. You may use a part of the artwork (50% at most) as icon and such.

You may not claim any of my artworks as your own, and credits must ALWAYS be visible somewhere when sharing or using your commissionned artwork.

As the artist, I hold every rights on the produced artwork, therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself with it in any place, produce and sell merchs of it (with written authorization of the character's owner if not a fanart or my character).

Every design made by myself must be credited to @kemvrin on ToyHouse and remain on the website so I can keep track of them. On any other websites, credits can be given to either @kemvrin or @laohyuan.

You may resell, trade or gift any design made by me.

You may co-own any of my designs under your own terms as long they remain fair for all parties, and do not get in conflict with my T.O.S.

You may resell a design made by me for more than what you got them for or their current value as long as the buyer is aware of it and has offered to pay more for it. You may not encourage buyer to spend more than the design's worth (e.g : you may not put my designs for bidding unless the AB is the design's current worth).

Artworks you may add in the design's worth : commissionned artworks, personnal artworks, artworks got in trade (as either the value of the artwork you made, or the value of the artwork you got).

Artworks that CANNOT be added to the design's worth : gift, requested artworks, artworks won in raffle, artworks got during ArtFight, basically any art you obtained for free.

Trading a design does NOT reinitialize nor change the design's current worth, so you may resell it.

Designs obtained for free (as a gift, or in raffles), and cannot be sold unless they have extra artworks. They also have an ownership cooldown of 1 month, meaning you cannot trade/rehome them before this period of time.

You may use any of my designs for personnal use, commercial use must be discussed before buying. This does NOT apply to PNGtuber/Vtuber designs who have automatically commercial use.

You may edit any design made by me, such as changing the gender, specie, or any cosmetic aspect, as long as the original design is still recognizable and was approved by me. Orignal design MUST stay on the character's profile, same as for the original designer's credits.

You may NOT make copies/twins of any of my designs.

You may not claim any of my designs as your own, and credits must ALWAYS be visible somewhere when sharing or using the said design.
