• Work will not start until the commission is paid in full. Sketches and WIPs will be sent to you during your commission's progress to ensure that you will be satisfied with the final product.• Average turn around time is 4 days to a week depending on the amount of work required per commission, two to three weeks is worst case scenario, anything beyond 4 weeks I will offer a full refund because clearly somethin's gone wrong in my life.• If, for whatever reason, I cannot finish your commission, a Full Refund will be offered along with the unfinished commission, if progress had been made.• Do Not ask me to replicate another artists style.• You may not ask for a refund once the commission is complete.• By all means feel free to IM/DM/approach me to check on the progress of your commission. But, please do not spam me about it, its mentally draining and these things take time, I have a life and responsibilities beyond my tablet!• Artistic liberty will be taken with your order unless you specify what you want!• Plushes , items, and Accessories are usually free, but if they are high in complexity or amount I may charge a +5 dollar additional fee.• Overly complex or asymmetrical designs (ex. african painted dogs) will be charged a +10$ additional fee.• Chatlands Poses will be resized for free.
