I post any commissions I do, so if you are uncomfortable with me posting your commission on my social media, please make sure to specify and let me know.

Any break in my TOS will result in being blacklisted or refunded if a commission is in progress.

I only accept payment through Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp, and in USD.

I only allow refunds before I start the commission, if I cancel the commission, or if I take longer than expected with no updates/communication.

when contacting me, please be straightforward in asking for a commission and saying what you want.

references are required – drawings, poses, inspiration, info on the character, etc.

be clear on what type of commission you want.

I will let you know if I accept your commission, do not send payment before I accept.

I will send updates on the commission throughout each stage (sketch, lineart, base colors, etc.) or whenever asked for; progress will also be available through trello.

small revisions can be asked/made throughout the process, though no major adjustments (such as changing the composition of the piece) are allowed after the sketch stage.

for major changes after the sketch phase that require significant altering/editing, a fee will be added.

I will send the finished drawing through dm and email (and through toyhouse if requested).

I only allow major revisions at the sketch phase (e.g. composition changes, pose changes, etc.).

any revisions made after the sketch phase should be minor, such as a color change.

if you want a major revision after the sketch phase, then a fee will be charged (this does not include any mistakes on my part. If I messed up the design because of a miscommunication, you will not be charged).

revisions are not allowed at all after the piece is finished and approved.

simpler pieces (e.g. flat color, sketches, chibi, etc.) will take me shorter. These will usually be done within 2-3 weeks.

more complicated and detailed pieces (e.g. cel-shade, paintings, etc.) will take me longer. These will usually be done in a month or so.

please keep these in mind if you have a deadline. If you need something to be done before this, a rush fee will be applied.

if something comes up in my schedule, I may take longer on the commission, but I will update you if that's the case.

you may use my art for personal use.

If wanting to use my art for commercial use, this can be discussed. Commercial use fee is usually 2x the base price.

you may not claim my art as your own, trace, or steal my art.

reposting the commission is allowed as long as you give full credit to me (I prefer to be credited with Instagram, Twitter, or Toyhouse).

I can do human/humanoid and furry/anthro customs

for furry/anthro customs, the fullbody will have no clothes

headshot: a headshot added on will be +$10

complexity: if the design will be complex/detailed, an extra fee of $10 will be added

extra/alternative outfit: will be +$15 per outfit (max. 2 extra outfits)
