Adopts are fully yours to edit design-wise! However, my art is not yours to edit! Proper credit when my art is being posted is required!

Do not resell my adopts or art! Gifting and trading are allowed! This is to prevent design inflation!

I reserve the right to decline any bids/offers! I do not need to provide a reason! I will however communicate!

Payment Plans are okay for offers over $100! Please state the desired duration of the payment plan when offering!

Another offer will be accepted if there is a failure to pay! Refunds will NOT be provided!

Ghosting/Backing out on an offer or a bid after payment has begun will result in blacklisting!

Do not remove the character from Toyhou.se without an explanation! When hiding the profile, please authorize me so my design and art will be visible to me!

I will not provide refunds after I have started the art! You may request a refund any time before the sketch has been started!

I accept payment in full upfront or in installments! Upfront payment is preferred but you may also pay as each step of the piece is completed! (ie. payment at sketch, line-art, flat color, and render)

I will initiate transactions! Do not send me money unless I have accepted and confirmed your commission and directly asked for the payment! If you do I will assume it is a tip or donation! Chargebacks will result in blacklisting and a ban!

I only accept the following payment methods! Cashapp, Paypal, Venmo, and Ko-fi

If paying through Paypal choosing the ‘friends and family’ option is appreciated but NOT required!

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason! I do not have to provide a reason or explanation but I will always communicate!

Major design changes must be made before the sketch is approved! I will provide progress updates throughout the art process where minor changes will be allowed. Any major changes after the sketch can still be made but will be subject to an additional fee!

Micromanaging will result in blacklisting! I normally have multiple clients at a time i will provide you with an estimated time for your art and communicate with you if that changes! you are not entitled to be my top priority!

Do not claim my art as your own! This includes tracing and reposting without proper credit! This applies to all my art, commission or otherwise!

Do not edit my art without consent! This applies to all modifications! Credit to my original art is still required in any edits!

Unless discussed prior, my artwork is for personal use only! This means my art may not be used commercially, for NFTs, Cryptocurrency, or to train AI!

You may not add any form of hateful or political symbol to my designs/commissions!
