Prices listed are a baseline and may fluctuate depending on complexity, deadline, or other stipulations specified by the commissioner.
Payment is to be sent up-front through Ko-fi after I have agreed to accept the order. I will not begin an order until payment is received. If I cancel an order, you will be refunded in full. If you cancel an order, you may receive a refund based on the state of completion and the incomplete work.

  1. If the order has not been started, you will be issued a 100% refund.

  2. If the order has been approved and progressed into the rough sketch stage, you will be issued a 70% refund.

  3. If the order has been approved and progressed into the lineart stage, you will be issued a 40% refund.

PROCESS
You decide on an order and fill out the appropriate form.
If I choose to accept the order, and after discussing any potential stipulations, you send payment through the corresponding Ko-fi commission widget.Once payment is received, I will begin the order. You may receive low-res progress shots for approval at gesture, rough sketch, and flat color stages, depending on the order's parameters. You may request additional progress shots at any point.Stages are defined as follows:

  • Gesture: If you do not provide a pose reference, I will send several rough gesture drawings for you to choose between.

  • Rough Sketch: You are free to ask for revisions or edits during this stage at no extra charge (i.e. limb placement or outfit design). However, major revisions (i.e. a complete change of pose or character) will incur an extra +50% fee per revision. You may not request more than three major revisions.

  • Lines + Flat Color: Major revisions are not accepted at this stage. Minor changes such as color correction or details such as jewelry, etc. will not cost extra.

DELIVERY
Minimum turnaround time varies depending on the type of commission. If I expect an order to take longer than stated, I will quote you its turnaround time. I do not accept rush jobs.

  • A single reference sheet is not required.

  • The more visual references you can provide, the better product I can create. It doesn't have to be of the character! Providing a preferred pose, outfit, faceclaim, etc., is strongly encouraged.

  • Supplying things like a moodboard or playlist can also help me grasp a character's vibe!

  • Thank you so much for your interest!

About

Thanks for coming by! You can call me Gio. I'm a self-taught digital illustrator, writer, and editor. Writing has forever maintained itself as my creative pursuit, but I began drawing in earnest around 2018 in order to complement my work—interested in bringing that which I imagined to life in an even more tangible way. When not leaning into graphic design and retro influences, or indulging my favoritism toward fashion and architecture, I strive to convey a strong sense of story, atmosphere, and characterization in my work. I'm always searching for new ways to create immersion and depth within the world I draw.
