You must be 18 years or older to commission me. I will not sell to minors.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any given reason.

Payments must be in USD and paid upfront via PayPal. I do not accept cryptocurrency or other forms of virtual currency.

Full payment must be received within 24 hours after I have confirmed your order unless another arrangement was discussed. I will only begin working once it is paid.

Commissions will be completed in my art style. I will not mimic the style of another artist.

Average turn around time is 3-6 weeks. Refunds can be requested if commission reaches a 3 month+ timeframe.

Work-in-progress checks of your commission can be requested at any time.

Any changes requested after the lining stage will require an additional cost.

You will be notified about unexpected delays or emergencies. If you have not heard from me in a week, feel free to send me a message! But please do not spam or harass me.

With exceptions, I retain the right to post the finished work for self-promotion with appropriate credit to the owner.

You may edit your commission for banners, icons, etc. But do not directly edit over my artwork.

You are allowed to use your commission for personal use. I do not permit commercial use of my artwork unless we have agreed otherwise.

Any form without a visual reference will be charged as a custom design.

I do not offer PSD files. All commissions will be delivered in PNG format.

Repeated failure of paying invoices on time without notifying me of a reason will get you blacklisted.

You are allowed to use a design's artwork for banners, icons, etc.

Designs and adoptables are for personal use only. I do not allow commercial use of my work.

Do not edit over my artwork. If you'd like minor color changes, feel free to send a message my way!

I do not permit any of my designs/adoptables to be traded or sold for any form of cryptocurrency or non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

Aesthetic changes (including a change of species) are fine as long as the edits do not completely make it unrecognizable from the original, and it must always be sold with the original.

Designs that are sold with companions or alternate versions cannot be sold separately.

Do not resell for more than you paid.

Designs with additional artwork cannot be sold for more without first being appraised and approved by me.

Stolen characters and designs (this also includes designs that are heavily based on popular copyrighted characters in media).

Payments must be paid full in advance.

Completion time is between 3-6 weeks.
