My art does not support racism, creates hatred in the community, and is NSFW to minors, including not supporting illegal stuff or CS TOS. , Forcing me to do that will get you blacklisted immediately

After your queue has started, You cannot request more work than you requested in the first brief.

Usually, it takes me 2-5 days and no more than 1 month per 1 piece after your queue started, May change if there is an emergency. But not often and I'll let you know as soon as I can!

I have chronic health problems. So I might work slower if my health is really bad but I will tell you ASAP if that ><

Not allowed to cancel when I had started, no refund. It can also be refunded only if I can’t finish the commission in 2 months until your queue had started

I would appreciate it if you used references from game, in real-life fashion, or any art that is allowed by the owner. Please avoid using references with words like 'sample only' or 'do not use' to avoid potential problems between us and the character owners. >< As some character owners may be serious with the use of their images;w;

You can ask for changes/edit my work during the sketch 2 times (mistakes where I missed the details myself are the exception! I'll fix it for free! ><)

Major change will be charged extra depending on difficulty, usually no more than 20$ per 1 piece, not allowed to cancel

After you confirm the sketch You can request only minor change up to 3 times, major change is not allowed.

Don't mind if you edit/draw over my art. but if it's a major change please add your editor credit with my credit please ><

Not allowed to cancel when I had started, Once we get into the work process, I'll complete the work on schedule. whereby when you accept my TOS, You will not be able to refund please

Once I DM you, you have 7 days to prepare your form. If you don't contact me within the time or ghosting with me, I will decide to put their names on these lists

Banned-list -Unable to send from within the time with reason ,will not be blacklisted but they will be banned from receiving commissions directly from me anyway

Black-list -Unable to send from within the time without reason / Ghosting. I will block them on my SNS and no longer allow them to get my new designs from trade/sell/etc. from the day they are blackilisted, but old designs that belong to them can still be kept anyway!

Soft-Ban-If you break my TOS the first time, You will be banned from receiving commissions from me (by block on Kofi, where I will open my commissions) for 1 month. If you make a mistake the second time, You will be banned for 3 months. And if you make the third mistake, you will be black-listed.
