❥As the artist, I have the right to refuse the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.❥As the artist, I have the right to cancel the commission for whatever reason with provided explanation. (See payment & refunds section for more info)❥The Client has a right to cancel the commission for whatever reason, with explanation. (See payment & refunds section for more info)❥As the artist, I have the right to upload the commission on social media (instagram, portfolio, etc.) The client will be credited as the owner of their original character(s).❥Payment is to be made prior to the artist starting. I will NOT begin until payment has been received.❥I will work with deadlines that I create and will NOT rush orders. The Client may contact me through Toyhou.se or Instagram at any time to ask for a progress check on the commission, but no more than once every week.❥Commissions are first come, first serve.❥The Client may request changes be made 3 times. After that, I have the right to request extra money.❥The Client may use/reupload the commission for personal/ non-commercial use, but only with proper creditand a link to my social media. I also refuse to create work that will be used for things such as classwork, employment, and other situations where the client could claim my work as their own.❥The Client may not remove my watermark.❥The Client may not claim the commission as their own work. The work also cannot be reposted places without permission.❥Do not steal, trace, or heavily reference my artwork. After your purchase, do not alter my artwork either.❥If the commission includes characters that do not belong the Client, additional credit to the owner(s)/creator(s) of said characters must be provided when using/reuploading for personal/non-commercial use.❥The Client may not use the commission for any commercial use unless discussed with and approved by me beforehand.
If the commission includes characters that do not belong the Client, the Client can not use the commission for commercial use unless explicitly given permission from the owner(s)/creator(s) to do so.❥I do not claim ownership to any of the characters portrayed in the commission. Characters belong to their respective creator(s).❥All commissions will be done digitally. There will be no hard copies and the client is paying for a service/ digital good and will not require any shipping of any kind.❥Depending on the desired style and queue, the estimated turnaround is about one (1) week to one (1) month at the latest.
❥If I need an extension in order to complete commission for whatever reason, the client will be contacted and informed of the status of their commission.

❥As stated previously, payment is to be made in order for me to begin the commission.❥I will not negotiate prices. If client cannot afford a commission due to additional charges, they should cancel or choose another character. I can also assist with selecting a different type of commission for the client's price range.❥I refuse give out free art or do it for exposure.❥Payment can be sent via PayPal, CashApp, and Deviant Art (ask beforehand), and contributions to Throne gifts.❥PayPal payment is to be done in USD and with using invoices. When commission is confirmed will request the client's PayPal e-mail.❥The Client does not need to pay extra for any of the PayPal fees (select goods and services).❥Deviant Art payments are to be made using the Commissions Widget on 's DeviantArt profile page. Please inform me that this is the preferred way to pay and she will set up a specific slot for the Client to pay through.❥If the Client sends the payment for their commission through means other than the Commissions Widget (ex. giving the DeviantArt Points directly and/or through the Donation Widget), the commission will immediately be cancelled. DeviantArt Points will be refunded in full.❥Payment must be sent within 72 hours after confirmation.❥If the Client cancels their commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a refund, depending on how much of the commission has been finished:
*100% refunded if artist hasn't started
*50% refunded if the artist is halfway done
*20% - 10% refunded if artist has completed❥If the Client cancels, they will not receive any files of the commission.❥If I cancel the commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a full refund.❥Refunds will be given within 72 hours after correspondence.❥The Client will not be refunded if they are simply unsatisfied with the commission.❥If the Client is unsatisfied with the commission, I am willing to discuss and make minor edits up to a maximum of three (3) times after correspondence. Any desired revisions after that will cost extra.

❥The Client orders by first contacting Lulu via Instagram, Toyhouse, or Discord.❥Lulu will then discuss the commission with the Client. After discussion, she will either accept or reject.❥The Client will receive a form that they must fill out and send back to Lulu.
❥When that is finished, payment is to be sent and upon confirmation that the payment has been received, Lulu will proceed to work on the commission.❥Upon completion of the commission, the Client will sent the commission and given 3 free revisions if needed.❥When finalized, Lulu will post a watermarked version of the commission on social media with credit for the character(s) presented.
