▪ Please make sure to state beforehand about what you want for the commission before started on.▪ Do not remove my signature once finished nor claim the art as though you made it. some art may not have my signature▪ I don't do refunds after they are lined out.
▪ I have the right to refuse a commission. Mainly if I'm uncomfy with it or just can't do it× Will not draw NSFW/Hateful/ETC

▪ Do not: Steal/Copy/Trace nor Claim the design as your own.
▪ Do not apply other rules onto the design.
- Example: adding other rules onto the design like "must be resold back to _" or changing it to where there is no tos or etc.▪ Reselling/Gifting/Trading is allowed
They may be resold for how much you got them for or the equal value of art you commissioned. If traded but looking to resell, they can be resold for the equal value of art you commissioned. May add on personal art worth to both of these as well. Do not overprice on purpose.
Gifting or freebies is void of all value until then added upon. Some may be a exception, ask me if its okay beforehand.▪ Commercial use: my designs may not be used commercial wise. Unless given the okay by me or it is discussed beforehand.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
✎ PAYMETNS/HOLDS

▪ Let me know beforehand if getting the design for someone else.
▪ Let me know beforehand if asking to put a design on hold.▪ Holds up to a week or more. (depends/ask)
▪ Payment must be made within 24hr mark unless notified beforehand otherwise the design (depending) may be available to other offers.▪ Refunds/Chargebacks: I do not do refunds after payment is sent. (depends) I have the full right to revoke the design back if a chargeback happens. Will reach out if a chargeback happens but if no response it will be revoked.

✎ CHANGING DESIGN

▪ Design can be changed as to where it's recognizable! Do not change the design drastically.
▪ Changes on the org file are okay butpkeep a backup of the org file instead of deleting it.▪ Changes to a cs/etc are okay just make sure to follow my rules and the cs rules. Please msg me if changing to a cs. As of current I'm half & half on such.
▪ I do not allow:
- CS that claim ownership of the design itself (ex: deleting the org designers, fully claiming the design or etc.)
- Anything problematic or revolved around such.
