Use my art as inspirations for your works.

If you have rights to a piece to be used for personal use (thought a commission, gift art or art trade), you may alter works slightly. As in removing backgrounds, cropping & putting filters.

Resell my works if they are part of an adoptable/design. (If the design was originally made by me, please adhere to the section for adoptables below in the terms).

Claim my work as your own.

Alter my works (commissioned or not) without my permission.

Use my work without my permission, for commercial or personal use. Does not apply for commissioned pieces, gift art, art received through art trades if you are the receiver of that work.

Copy/trace/heavily reference my work unless you have my consent to do so. You may use my work as references for your art, and trace for learning purposes (in private preferably). However don't claim it as your own if publishing traced or heavily referenced art.

Edit out my watermark for my pieces.

Use my works (commissioned or not) in AI training or generation of AI images. Under any circumstances.

I only accept payments for adoptables through PayPal or KoFI.

Do not steal/copy/make ripoffs of my designs.

The price it's originally sold at for a design is it set value and may not be changed. If reselling one made by me it should be sold for that exact price.

My desings can be resold, traded, and gifted.

Do not heavily alter my designs without my consent.

Do not use the adoptables for inappropriate/illegal/hateful content. (NSFW art is ok for humanoid adult characters, but don't show it to me or other minors please).

If you want to draw fanart of any of my characters then please go ahead!! I always appreciate every piece I recieve even thought I may not always be able to express it fully.

You may draw my cat ocs in an anthro form but I prefer them as feral. Making feral/anthro forms for my humaoid characters is fine, but ask first please.

Do not draw NSFW art of any of my OCs.

My characters are not for sale/trade unless I say so. Adoptables are found in my UFS/T folder on ToyHouse.

Do not use my OCs for for unauthorized roleplays or make AUs.

Do not steal my characters.
