TERMS OF SERVICE:
★ I have the right to decline a commission if the commission is something I am uncomfortable or unexperienced in drawing.
★ The commission is only for PERSONAL USE. The client is allowed to repost the art and be used as pfp or a cover photo with credits given tagging or linking my twitter or Instagram account. Client is not allowed to use it for any commercial uses or can claim it as your own.★ It is STRICTLY prohibited that the commission is used for any profits on non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency.★ NSFW COMMISSIONS - You are required to provide an official ID to prove your are 18+ of age to be able to order/commission artwork. If you are unable to provide any valid ID's to confirm your age I will not be working with you.DO's:

COMMISSION PROGRESS/PROCESS:
★ I will be send the following PROGRESS/PROCESS according to the commission given. Revisions and corrections will be done each progress, once the final pose or style is finalize by the CLIENT any corrections will no longer be allowed so please take time to check the artwork or ASK me about anything:
★ Rough sketch: pose, expression or style can be changed and should be finalized.
★ Line art + Flat colors: Any markings, features or color changes can be changed and should be finalized.
★ Shading/Rendering: If there's anything from the shading/rendering looks off please don't hesitate to point it out and ask away for any changes.

COMMERCIAL USE COMMISSION:

★ Please further inquire about ordering a commission WITH COMMERCIAL USE by messaging me in any of my socials.★ The price will vary: 2x, 3x or 5x from its given base price. It would still depend on what kind of COMMERCIAL USE the client will be using the commission.★ Merchandise: keychains, tshirt prints, posters etc.★ Logo design★ Character rights★ Streaming uses or video usesPAYMENT METHODS:
★ PAYPAL or GCASH (only for clients in the Philippines)★ BELOW $10/Php 300: Payment is needed to be upfront since paypal takes out a fee. (As for the PHP currency you can choose from Paypal or GCASH to pay)★ ABOVE $11+/Php 301+: Payment will be pay half the price first before I can start on the sketch and the second half of the price will be paid at the end of the commission with no more revisions or corrections to the piece.REFUNDS:
★ Client can not refund the money once the commission has been started. Especially when the commission is already on its rendering or shading stage.★ If there has been an personal emergency issue that has happened I will be messaging you about it, most likely the artwork will be delayed by its deadline, so the client can choose to refund or wait for their commissioned art.
