Commission Terms
-I have the right to deny any commission for any reason, or no reason at all.-You may request a refund up until the sketch is approved-Payment can be done through PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp. My PayPal account is my personal and NOT a business account, so should you choose this option you hereby agree to keep my name private.-You must pay 50% up-front, with the other 50% after the sketch is approved. Full payment up-front is also optional. Trusted/Returning clients may pay after the sketch.-Commercial use needs to be requested and credited to me when used. May have additional charges.-Depending on content, prices may change. For example, I may offer discounts for practicing things in ‘Nervously Will Try’, or request more payment for overly complex designs or things I’m much more scared to try. Fluctuations will be no more than $15.-I have a waitlist to keep track of requests and orders, but if I don’t update you in ~3 days from starting please feel free to contact me!-I have a right to feature the art to use in my portfolio.-You’re free to color lineart commissions yourself.-I have a right to draw your commission on stream. Though, you can request otherwise.-Reuse of transparent pieces (i.e chibis on Twitch panels) is an extra $5 fee.-Personal use is allowed. This includes icons and banners. Implied use is also allowed, such as emotes being uploaded for use in Discord/Twitch emotes without additional commercial fees.
Pricing and References:
If your request isn’t listed with an example above (i.e Live2D) the price is negotiable. Simple backgrounds included upon request. All files will be .png, though .psd and .kra files available upon request as well. Most pieces tend to be transparent. I do require, at minimum, a character reference or description or a designing fee will be added. Pose references are preferred, but not required. More options the better!If I am designing the character, you MUST be actively involved with feedback on concepts. For these custom-designed characters, I would like to be credited on the first use of the design. Afterwards you’re free to omit credit, although co-creation credits are appreciated!If you’d like, I’m also open to tips!
