Terms of Service:
I have the right to refuse a commission request for any reason without explanation.
My art is intended for personal use only, commercial use is not allowed. The making and selling of merchandise using my artwork is prohibited.
I do not support/allow the creation of NFTs using my art.
Issuing a chargeback without communication will result in being blacklisted from any future services.
Process / Refund Policy:
SLOTS ARE NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
When a form is submitted I will review and contact people individually based on workload.
An initial sketch will be provided before payment is requested. If you are satisfied with the sketch I will request payment before going forward.
Changes/Fixes should be communicated during this time, depending on availability I will also provide wips before finalizing the piece.
Turnaround time (depending on complexity) should be no more than a month! I will do my utmost to communicate adequately in case of delay and expect the same.
Partial Refunds will be considered for Sketch Stages. Once the piece progresses past flat colors there is less flexibility on refunds.
