Communication is best done via Discord, E-mail, Toyhou.se, and Deviantart as I am not very active on other websites. any inquiries through other sites may not be responded to in a timely manner.

Please keep in mind that I have college, work, and general life to balance with artwork. I may not be able to give regular updates depending on my schedule, may have to postpone drawing.

If I lose contact with the client prior to payment and cannot reach them for seven days, the commission will be cancelled.

If I cannot reach the client after payment has been received, I will complete the piece and try to contact the client on their given social media. The client forfeits their right to ask for edits.

I do not livestream, ever. Do not ask.

Payment via PayPal only (preferably USD) unless otherwise stated. All payment must be paid in full. The invoice will be sent upon confirmation of the commission. Do not send me any payment without express permission. I will be the one to send you an invoice.

Friends, family, or any other third party are not subject to any discount, unless explicitly offered by me. Begging will immediately result in being blacklisted from commissions.

If you have a certain date you want me to complete the piece by, specific deadlines must be stated and cannot always be guaranteed, though I will try my best to meet them.

I reserve the right to issue a cancel a commission at any time based on personal decision based on my ability to complete the piece in a timely manner, personal life events, or behavior of the client. In this event, the commissioner will be completely refunded.

I will not issue a full refund after work has been started, and will refund the client based on the amount completed.

Previews and major edits are by request only. If you are particularly picky with a piece, you must request before for me to send you a wip sketch.

The client is allowed a set limit of WIP requests per piece, depending on the type of piece. See prices for the maximum number of edits.

It is the responsibility of the client to notify me of all desired changes as soon as possible. The client is responsible for supplying all relevant reference material. Failure by the client to request edits during the sketch phase or give any relevant information concerning references or details of the piece to the artist will be counted as miscommunication and failure on the client’s part and will not be held against the artist (you cannot request a refund for this reason).

Not concerning edits, if I make a mistake that contradicts a given reference, I will correct it for no fee. I have ADHD and often forget small things, so please tell me if I get something wrong!

I will not make any edits to a completed piece after five days. Edits by the client or any third party must be authorized by me for use, and links back to my page must be provided.

Commissions are generally completed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Artwork is completed from a week to a month after payment but depends on the complexity of the piece, the current queue, and personal circumstances. If there is a significant delay in your commission, I will let you know in advance.

I may make minor color edits to your character if there is additional lighting or if you use a particularly light color. My style uses more desaturated tones as a base color.

I retain the commercial rights to the piece- this includes using the piece for promotional reasons and can display the image on any website on which I am active. I retain the right to tag, categorize, label the image, and create prints of the completed work.

I currently don’t sell prints and don’t really plan on it, but if I ever do, you can ask for me not to sell prints of your art or to discontinue their sale at any time.

Please talk to me about buying commercial rights to a design or image.

Adopts can't be resold for more than their original price unless additional art is added. My Terms of Service still apply even when adopts are resold.

Commissions, designs, and adopts cannot be used for commercial purposes. The commissioner is given a creative commons license for the piece or design. This includes personal use only.

You cannot claim the artwork as belonging to anyone besides myself and the commissioner. My watermark must remain on the completed image. All images, even commissions, will have a small watermark. This cannot be removed and doing so is considered theft.

It is fine to repost the commission if a link back to my page and/or the original piece is supplied.

The client, of course, retains their respective rights to ther character and other intellectual properties.
