By owning one of my designs, you automatically agree to this TOS. Failure to abide by my TOS will result in a permanent public blacklist & a ban from owning my designs in the future.If you are not sure about anything, please ask! :DLAST UPDATED: 9/02/2023, Thursday Feb 9th, 11:12pm.

1. You may not resell for more than you paid.
ㅤ1a. If you buy art of the character then you may sell for the base price of what you got the character + the aditional price of the art
(e.g if you got the character for $5 and paid another $5, you can sell it for $10.)
ㅤ1b. Personal art does not count towards the character value, this is only if you get a character for free, clause 1b does not apply if you bought the character.
ㅤ1c. Do NOT send payment until your order is confirmed.2. Freebies, since gotten for free should not be retraded or resold unless previously contacted about. If you wish to resell/retrade a freebie you got, ask.
ㅤ2a. Do not put my designs in freebie shelters, please. I'd prefer them back if you don't want them anymore.
ㅤ2b. Please contact me before you at all list them for trade/sale/ect (only applies to original freebies)3. My designs & art may not be used for NFTs, Vtubers/PNGtubers or commercial use in any way, if you wish to use them for this at all please contact me. NFT questions will always be a flat out no, so please do not ask about NFTs.
ㅤ3a. If you want to use my designs for commercial use, an extra fee will be charged.4. Do not use my designs & art for hatespeech, homophobia, transphobia, racism or any kind of hateful art.5. You may redesign my designs, but never directly edit my art. Please also make sure the character is still recognizable to the original design and still credit me, as well as any redesign or "au" should be kept with the character and not made into a separate design.
ㅤ5b. If you use my art anywhere (profile/icon/ect + on any site) please credit me. If you fail to credit me you will be asked to and if then again you don't I will prevent you from commissioning me again.6. Please do not delete the original profile of the design and reupload it.7. I'd prefer my designs to say on toyhouse if you own one, though it is not mandatory. It's just so I know where my designs are!8. Due to circumstances, there is now a cooldown on my designs from when you can trade/sell/gift them, you must own my design for at least a week before trading/selling/ect.
ㅤ8a. You may not fodder my designs at all9. Do not trade/sell/gift/ect my designs to anyone on my blacklist.10. I do not do refunds once you buy it you can't refund it. Asking or trying to get one will result in a blacklist.
ㅤ10a. This also goes for commissions. If I've already started your commission then you may not request a refund, sorry. I'm not in the best financial situation to actually give refunds, if you want progress updates please check my trello.11. You must ensure that if you trade off a character, the new owner is fully aware of the TOS and agrees to it!12. If you back out of an offer please note you'll be blacklisted or at the very least I will be hesitant on ever accepting offers from you again, Its happened way too many times now and It's getting a little tiring getting my hopes up.

Also please do not gift/sell/trade any of my designs to anyone on this list, if I find out you have you will be blacklisted too.Any "report" link is not actually for people to report, it's just so I can keep track of their current username and update it accordingly.Please dont try and "beg" or ask to be taken off.

3. kittydog on TH / kittydog69 & kittydogcrystal on twitter - Personally very uncomfortable with them, would honestly prefer anyone who actually supports them to actively not interact with me. There was a PSA/Callout on them somewhere awhile ago for some pretty disgusting stuff, will link it if i can find it.

5. ZESTYL3m0nZ on TH - Overall making myself and my wife uncomfortable, also trying to take inspiration from mine and her characters (put them in their "inspiration" folder) while it explicitly says on both our profiles not to do that.

6. XLOVE on TH - Somehow obtained a design from me after being put on my blacklist originally, wrote a very guilt trippy message in said characters description and then put a weirdly racist comment in their transfer back to me. Also sent their girlfriend to block-evade.

7. RoxDinamite on TH - ^ Above persons girlfriend who block evaded/assisted in a block-evade.

7. Levis on TH - Broke TOS (rule 8), put a character immediately up for sale when there was a week cooldown. Said they read TOS but clearly either didn't or did and broke TOS anyway.
