TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me you're automatically stating that you've read and accepted my conditions.

Payment
1.) All sales are final.
Completed artwork will be sent as a digital file (PNG) via e-mail. The artist won't provide refunds after the commission was delivered.
2.) payment methods: PayPal invoice, Stripe, Ko-fi
3.) payment currency: only EUR (€)
4.) payment must be done in full upfront (100%)
possible exceptions: 50% deposit + 50% after the first sketch update for commissions over 100€
The payment status will be marked on the artist's trello with a tag.
5.) The artist will do 2 free changes for a single commission. Additional major changes (especially during the later stages) will result in a fee.
5.) If the client cancels their commission midway, only the part for the unfinished work will be refunded.
6.) If the client files a chargeback or dispute after the commission was delivered, the artist will reach out to clarify the situation. After waiting for 3 days with no response, the client will automatically be blocked from all future services and a public beware post will be made.

Copyright
1.) Artist reserves full rights to the copyright for their artwork.
2.) The client may use the artwork for personal use only.
(Making prints, pins, badges etc. for personal use is fine, selling them to others is not.)
3.) Commercial commissions have a charge up of +100% and should be openly discussed as such beforehand.
4.) The artist may post the art for self promotion on their social media, gallery and portfolio. Agreement from the client will be assumed unless stated otherwise.
5.) The artist should always be credited. Thereby erasing the watermark is not allowed. If the watermark gets cropped, the artist should be tagged instead.
6.) All unused sketches and updates remain property of the artist and distributing them is not allowed.
7.) The artist is not responsible for any misuse of the artwork by the client.

General rules
1.) Do not crop / erase / smear my signature
2.) The client can make small edits, but the intent of the artwork and the artwork itself should be preserved.
(for example: no NSFW edits on SFW pieces)
3.) The artist reserves the right to decline a commission for any reason.
4.) Rude behavior will not be tolerated and will lead to cancelation of the commission.
5.) The stated rules are subject to change.
WORK PROCESSReferences:
1.) For artwork of an existing character a clear unshaded reference sheet depicting all the relevant parts must be provided.
2.) All important information regarding the character design, the background, pose, idea etc. should be communicated to the artist beforehand.
3.) Unclear references, multiple contradicting references, blurry images will result in an additional fee.
4.) For character design a clear and precise description (best: under 200 words) should be given.

Time/Updates:
1.) turnaround time: 1-3 months
2.) The exact turnaround time will be communicated to the client.
3.) If changes like delays arise for any reason, the client will be informed immediatly.
3.) The client can view all recent updates on the artist's trello.
4.) The artist will provide 1 guaranteed sketch update and usually another update at the coloring stage.
5.) If the clients wants any changes to the artwork to be made or finds any mistakes, they should communicate them to the artists as soon as possible.
6.) If the artist doesn't respond to a DM on social media, the client should contact them through the provided e-mail.

Guide to what I will and wont draw:
Currently not accepting:
• Realistic animals, especially insects
• NSFW (suggestive content is fine)
I will never draw:
• Kinks/fetishes
• Political/religious/social commentary
• Hateful content, stolen characters

1.) All prizes listed are the base prizes. They refer to one character only and include no background or just a simple pattern.
2.) +1 character + 100%
3.) The prizes will increase with the artwork's complexity. This includes things like complex character designs or detailed background choices.
4.) Backgrounds are usually prized between 30-80EU, but can cost more/less. Wings add a fee of + 10EU.If you are not sure about how complex your idea is, just DM me :)

REFERENCE SHEET FOR EXISTING CHARACTER
All reference sheets are unshaded!A basic ref sheet includes:
1 full-body front, 1 head piece, color palette, name tag
-> 90EU instead of 100EUA complex ref sheet:
Total prize sums up from the basic ref (90EU) + chosen add-ons.
The add-ons are prized like the other equivalent commission options.

5 small props: 30EU
outfits: regular prizes for each new pose
in case of reused poses (different clothes on the same model):
+25EU for each new outfit

+15EU for each new outfit based on that chibi

REFERENCE SHEET FOR CUSTOM DESIGN
The artist will create a new character design for the client.
The design can be based on a clear description or take more artistic liberty by being based on a moodboard / asthetic / theme.off base custom:
regular commission prizes + additional 25%on base cutom:
1.) Commission prize will depend on the complexity of the base.
2.) The exact prize will be discussed beforehand with the client.
3.) If the requested base is made by another artist and is P2U, the fee for buying that base will be included in the commission prize.
Banner/ Twiter Header / Phone backgrounds
The prizes are similar to other commissions.
