Terms of Service

ADDED NEW SECTION; #8 - CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR

1.) --- Contract of Agreement ---ㅤ1.1) - By ordering from me, you are making a contract of agreement to my terms of service. You knowingly and willingly accept that you have read and will follow my terms of service.ㅤ1.2) - Violating any part of my terms of service is a breach of contract, and will result in:
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ• Your commissions being deleted
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ• Total loss of refunds / payments
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ• Being publicly blacklisted
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ• Repercussions that will be your responsibility to deal with

2.) --- Responsibility ---ㅤ2.1) - I am not responsible for any repercussions that come from using my work.ㅤ2.2) - By ordering from me, you agree to take all responsibility for any legal troubles, breaches of other websites, or any other problematic issues that might arise.ㅤ2.3) - You agree that you are of legal age within your living area. You understand that any content purchased containing nudity, sexual imagery, or other adult-only themes is legal for you to have possession of.

3.) --- Reposting and Advertisement ---ㅤ3.1) - My work is NOT permitted to be used anywhere else unless you have been given written permission by one of my social accounts AND you give credit. Just because you purchased something from me, it does not give you rights to re-post my work without my permission.ㅤ3.2) - If you have permission from me to re-post my work, you must give credit somewhere near the work, which includes a URL to the original post or my user page.ㅤ3.3) - I retain the rights to works I have created. This means that I can use them at my disposal, posting on my social media sites, using for advertisements, etc.ㅤ3.4) - My work is not allowed to be used in advertisements without my permission and a signed contract.ㅤ3.5) - Commercial content intending to use my work with permission might require an extra fee for my services or a percentage for all sales made with the art. It will depend on the form of commercialism, which includes merch, stickers, etc. This includes games, movies, videos, live streams, fanart, website banners, or most other forms of media. Ask me about these beforehand for permission!

4.) --- Rejection and Declines ---ㅤ4.1) - I have the right to decline customers / orders at my own discretion.ㅤ4.2) - If for any reason that I choose not to work with your order / commission, I have every right to do so without any repercussions.

5.) --- Payment Information ---ㅤ5.1) - Payments must be followed through as expected. Commissions will not be started / sent unless payment has been received.ㅤ5.2) - Cash payments currently are to only come in the form of the United States Dollar ($).ㅤ5.3) - I only accept cash payments to be made through PayPal, currently no exceptions to this rule.ㅤ5.4) - Donations and tips are appreciated but not necessary. Though tipping may give extra benefits, such a bump up in my current queue. Tips and donations are never refunded.ㅤ5.5) - I do not create invoices, please make your own note for your records if you need it. I will give a digital signature to invoices involving my services if need be, please don't hesitate to contact me.ㅤ5.6) - When I have asked for payment for the commission, I will give you up to three days to send the payment. If I have not heard from you by the time limit, your commission will be cancelled. Any previews or previously-created work will be deleted. Future re-orders will be given a fee.ㅤ5.7) - I now allow payments / tips / donations in the form of games through Steam, and an Amazon Wishlist. Please message me for more information. Items as payment must be discussed beforehand.

6.) --- Refunds and Cancellations ---ㅤ6.1) - If a commission has been started past a preview stage, then refunds will NOT be offered.ㅤ6.2) - You may cancel your order at any point. If I have not started working on your commission, I will issue you a full refund of the amount that I received. However, if I have already begun working on your commission, I will NOT issue a full refund. Depending on the circumstances, I may offer a partial refund, but be warned that you may not get a refund back at all.ㅤ6.3) - In the event that I am unable to work on or complete a commission, I will cancel the project and I will issue a partial refund.ㅤ6.4) - Tips, donations, or money gifts will NOT be refunded ay all.ㅤ6.5) - Any payment given more than the commission sale amount will be considered a tip. Make sure you enter the appropriate amount, I will not be responsible for accidental money amounts.ㅤ6.6) - You will NOT get a refund if I cancel your order due to rudeness, impatience, or other misconduct.

7.) --- Collaborations and Other Artist Work ---ㅤ7.1) - Art Theft of any kind will NOT be tolerated.ㅤ7.2) - If your commission requires the use of property belonging to anyone else, you will need their permission first. I may also directly contact the artist to properly assure permission is given.
ㅤㅤㅤ7.2.1) - Examples of another artist's property may include:

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ• Clothes / Accessories
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ• Worlds / Locations
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ• Icons, Symbols, Logos, etc.ㅤ7.3) - While I am open to collaborations with other artists, I will only continue if everyone / all participating parties are in agreement to continue.

8.) --- Conduct and Behavior ---ㅤ8.1) - When ordering from me, conduct is expected to be professional and polite. Anything less will be met with consequences.ㅤ8.2) - Lewd behavior / sexual harassment will NOT be tolerated. It will be met with instant rejection and being put on the public blacklist.ㅤ8.3) - Ordering commissions from me does not make me a friend. Having access to my social accounts does not qualify you to send me casual messages, images, memes, etc. If I deem it to be unacceptable, I will temporarily block you or reject your commission.ㅤ8.4) - Any attempts made to befriend me in the hopes of getting discounts or freebies will be met with blocking and put on my public blacklist.
