I, the artist, claim all of my work as my Intellectual Property and do not give permission for any of my works to be copied, sold, redistributed, edited / altered, blatantly referenced, or used without my written permission.
All work and material made by Russet may not be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.FEEL FREE TO PM ME ABOUT ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE ABOUT THIS!

1. My artwork can be used to add value to your character.2. You are free to edit my artwork THAT I MADE FOR YOU or of your character and edit markings/ colours.3. Do not reupload my artwork anywhere without my permission and/or without credit.4. You may colour pick my art. I do not own colours.5. Do not remove my watermark from my artwork.6. You may use my artwork as reference.
Example: Poses, Hair styles, markings, eyes... etc.7. 20% of the total price of the commission be paid for in advance.⸻1. The cooldown for re-trading/ re-selling my designs are 2 weeks.2. Unless stated otherwise, all of my designs have a base value of $0. You are free to add onto that with commissioned artwork.3.a Other "forms" of a design you add HAVE to stay with the character when re-selling/re-trading.
Example: Character achieves a "humanoid" form. You cannot keep the "humanoid" form and only sell/trade the first "feral" or vice versa.3.b But if you heavily redesign the "humanoid" form to the point where the two designs are unrecognizable when side by side then you can separate them!4. You can use your own artwork to add value to a design but please do not overprice it just for profit!5. You can use my designs in monetary activities freely! Please do not use my artwork I made for you though.6. You can redesign my designs however you'd like! Change their species, colours, traits, whatever!7. I'd like if you did not make "breedable" adopts/sibling characters for my designs and then sell them. Especially if these designs are exact copies of my own.8. Co-owning is allowed but I prefer that the character remains on one profile.9. DO NOT private my designs from my view or delete them. Please have me authorized to allow me to see my designs.
