__General Rules and Requirements__
-- Provide clear, fully colored, full body references of your character, as well as a small summary or sentence of their personality. Be clear on what you want your commission to look like.- I determine if your reference is good enough, uncolored references will not work.- You may not negotiate the amount of the body shown in the commission. If you purchase a half body, you may not ask to lengthen the cut off point.- I will not accept commissions of other peoples characters unless it is stated that it will be a gift for the owner. Original Content takes priority.- For the character, you are expected to choose the pose/outfit/etc, though if you give me artistic freedom, that is allowed to an extent. Too much freedom, and I may take longer to complete the commission.- My signature/watermark will be mildly hidden within the finished commission, and heavily covering any sketches I send. You can not edit this out.- Understand you are paying for a digital good that requires no shipping of a physical product. The final pieces will be received through a deviantart sta.sh download link.- You must credit me for the piece whenever it is posted. Just stating my name will suffice.- I reserve the right to refuse any commission from any client for any reason.- There is no estimated time for the completion of a commission. I will always communicate with my customer when I have started the commission.

PAYMENT

- Payment is accepted through Paypal via invoice or Facebook Pay. You will need to give me your email so I may send an invoice. I am not including paypals fee in my commission prices. If these fees appear for you, you are responsible for covering them, as well as the price for the commission.- All prices and payments are in USD only. The currency you use must be converted to match the USD amount.- Commissions of real people are accepted but there will be an extra fee of 5-10 USD.- Overly detailed characters will result in a small upcharge if I deem fit.- I will send you a sketch before i request payment. The sketch will be heavily watermarked and if you use the sketch without sending payment, I will blacklist you. Violation of this rule will result in me telling other artists about you, in a public announcement via social media.

REVISIONS

- Maximum 5 free revisions of SKETCHES until submitted (not including line work or colored process), complete reworks of the commission will cost the amount of the original work.-Revisions during the line work and coloring are allowed as long as they’re a maximum of 3 MINOR changes. Major revisions are only allowed if I have missed a major design element to the character.- If you fail to mention revisions after these steps have passed and I am working on completing the piece, they will be denied. If you exceed your revisions limit in the sketching process, they will cost an additional 5 USD per revision. This rule doesn't count for reminders about details I missed. However, if the details are unclear on the reference, the change will count towards your limit.- I will send you WIP (work in progress) sketches for you to approve before I move on to finalizing the artwork.- I will not continue the work until the sketches are approved.-
CANCELLATIONS

- If you cancel your commission for whatever reason after I have started, you understand that there will be no refunds and you will not receive any sta.sh files of the commission. You will NOT be refunded if you are unsatisfied with the commission.- If I cancel the commission for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund, in addition to a .PNG file of whatever progress of the commission has been completed.

- Do not redistribute my work on any site without my permission and without crediting me.- Once you have read all of these TOS, send me the secret words: One whiskey please!- Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You cannot use my commissions for merchandise or resale. You may pay to have rights of the design for commercial use and resale. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork.- You are not allowed to edit, trace, or copy any pieces of the commission process, including sketches. Disobeying this rule will get you blacklisted.

By commissioning me, you agree to all terms of service stated here before you, and you understand that these terms may be updated as necessary.
