GENERAL COMMISSION TOS;— I am allowed to refuse service to anyone for any reason - even unspecified.
— Guilt tripping myself or others for not getting a commission slot, or complaining about prices will not be tolerated. Especially the former.
— Payment is only accepted in full before starting a commission/custom - I will accept payment plans but work will not begin until the full price has been paid. No exceptions.
— Refunds are acceptable before a sketch has been made of your commission. After the sketch a partial refund can be offered.
— Please do not post my WIP sketches or checks outside private chats with friends - aka, please don't post WIP comms/customs to any social media site (ToyHouse, Tumblr, Twitter) even with proper credit.WHAT I WILL/WONT DRAW;— Will Draw suggestive art, light gore, your OCs, your friends OCs, IRL people, Canon Characters from media, self ship art, canon x OC, canon x canon.— Won't Draw NSFW, heavy gore, OCs of a popular artist without permission, underage ships, abuse, extreme violence, hate speech, racist, antisemetic, ableist or queer-phobic ideals/symbols/behaviour/coded characters.WHAT YOU CAN/CANNOT DO WITH YOUR COMM AFTER;— You Can print it out and hang it on your fridge, post it on your social media accounts (with credit), use it as a banner/icon (with credit),— You Cannot send it to print shops/charm shops, even for personal use (the art could be stolen), edit it in any shape (please ask), use as NFTs, inflate the price if my commission prices change (if you bought a busy for $25 and I change to $30 for a bust, it's still only $25)ADDITIONAL FEE'S;— There will be an additional fee for complex designs - complexity examples; mecha, armour, complex clothes (lots of belts/straps, layers), Complex Dainty Stockings (Reg or CB)
— You can ask for up to three edit requests to the sketch (three different times not three total, you can ask for as many edits in one request as you want)
— You can ask for up to three minor edit requests to the flats WIP of a Custom (changing colour palette, pattern, etc)
— Asking for the lines to be changed after approving the sketch will be a $10 USD fee - may be more depending on how much is needed to change
— Any edit requests after the three eloted ones will have a fee depending on complexity.
— Any edit requests made after the piece is finished will have a $15 USD fee PER edit, regardless of complexity.

GENERAL ADOPT TOS;— I am allowed to refuse to sell/trade to anyone for any reason.
— Guilt tripping myself or others for not getting an adopt/being out bid, or complaining about prices will not be tolerated. Especially the former.
— I do accept Payment Plans, please state you need one IN YOUR BID
— I only accept short holds without downpayment. Max a week. Any longer and I need a downpayment of 10-20% of the full price.
— Payment Plans cannot exceed 3 months. Payment Plans are only offered for offers over $150. Over $300 can exceed the 3 months limit but will need to be discussed beforehand.
— You may retract your bid on auctions but please do so AFTER informing me and the previous bidder. No need to give a reason why or wait for my reply. Just delete your offer and ping the previous bidder that you retract your offer so they are aware that they now have the highest bid.
— I accept vouchers from friends only! You can offer voucher tickets from other artists that you own, but not vouchers for your own content unless you're a friend of mine.
— I do not offer refunds for any of my adopts under any circumstances. Even for payment plans. All purchases are final, please be sure you actually want the design before sending any money. Any attempts to force me to give you one or make charge backs will result in immediate blacklist.
— The OC will not be sent over to you until you have sent me your full payment - all parts of a payment plan, all pieces of art, all OCs involved in the trade.
— Please DO NOT use the OC until they have been transferred to you!
— I have the right to reclaim a design if I find that you have broken my TOS.WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH YOUR NEW OC;— Make them any Gender or Sexuality you want - unless the design was intended to be a spesific Gender/Sexuality, then please do not change that.
— Give them new outfits, change their hair colour, cut, lengths etc (NOT TEXTURE)
— Draw them to your heart's content!WHAT YOU CANNOT DO WITH YOUR NEW OC;— Change their Gender or Sexuality if they are established to be Queer
— Whitewash, this includes solely drawing a design with 4c hair with straight or slightly wavy hair - you can do this on occasion as an alt hair style (flat iron) but not as a new permanent style if the design was originally made with textured hair.
— Edit my design WITHOUT prior consent. Please DM me to ask if you're allowed to edit my original art of the design to suit the changes. I can also do them for you - I will charge of it's anything more than a colour change or two.
— Make any of my designs Racist, Antisemitic, Xenophobic, Homophobic, Transphobic, Queerphobic or any other sort of bigot.
— Feature any of my designs in romanticized depictions of incest, pedophilia, beastiality, or rape. These can be mentioned as traumatic events in their backstories, but cannot be active and romanticized, or be something the character has done themself (ie; they can be a victim of rape/incest but not be the offender.)
— Use them for commercial purposes unless we discuss it prior.ADDITIONAL FEE'S;— Commercial Use fee is on a case by case basis. It depends on what you'll be using them for and where and the kind of profit you intend to make.
— Any edits to the design may cost extra depending on what you're after - altering a colour of the outfit/hair is free if it's small (one or two colours), if 3+ colours are changed I will charge $5 for every colour.
— If you're interested in additional art of the design you're buying, I offer a $5 discount to all commission of MY OWN designs. Just let me know you want to use it and I'll apply it ^^

This list is solely here for personal public record, those listed have a reason to be - some not as serious as others, most just because they make me incredibly uncomfortable.I have no way to stop you from selling my designs to these people, but if you can - I'd appreciate you not selling to the my abusive ex. I don't care otherwise.I have zero tolerance for witch hunting or attacking anyone on this list especially my abusive ex as that is a major safety concern for myself. Anyone found to be doing so anyways will be listed as well.
