Hi my name is Mitzii but I also go by Castiël,
I am a professional idiot who does art. I love to create, especially stories with original characters. Sometimes I stream for fun. I also am interested in trying out some game development related work. Furthermore I dream of one day owning my own dog <3I love to draw humanoid characters in my style or work on branding for twitch/yt.

Terms of service
Basic ToS:✦ Payment is in € only, please convert your currency.
✦ Payment is 50% upfront and 50% before I send you the completed piece.
✦ Don’t send money until asked
✦ The commissioner can re-upload the image but there must be a link to my instagram and credit.
✦ Refunds are given based on how much work is done. Read below for further clarification.
✦ You AREN’T allowed to use my are for NFT’s or AI generators
✦ You aren’t allowed to re-sell the art or the license for commercial use. Unless it’s an adoptable. Than you only can sell it at the price you have paid for or you have added your own art with it.
✦ After the final payment. The client has agree there are no changes needed. I as the artist, isn't obligated to make the change.
✦ By agreeing to the commission you agree to the whole ToS.—-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In Depth ToS:SECTION I. IMAGE COPYRIGHT✦ I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. This means you aren’t allowed to claim the art as your own. Credit me and link my Instagram when you use it.
Unless given the rights, my art is for noncommercial purposes.
✦ Redistribution of my artwork for use in print merchandise or promotion of goods & services is not allowed without the rights.
✦ You are allowed to repost with the added credit and link to my instagram
✦ If you are given the rights, I will send you a statement in words. But do credit me as the artist via instagram
✦ You aren’t allowed to crop out a watermark if there is one on the piece.
✦ You can alter the piece but credit me as the original creator. But you cannot use it for commercial use.If the terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from further commissioning me and reported.SECTION II. PAYMENT INFOMATION✦ Like stated before it’s in € ( EUR). No other currency is accepted. Please convert your currency to match the price in €. Any less isn’t accepted.✦Don’t bargain about the price, it’s rude to insist my craft is worth less. This will be ignored or ends in the commission ending immediately.
✦ Payment through PayPal only✦ I won’t start before 50% upfront is sent and I won’t send the finished piece until the rest of the money is sent.✦ For excessive edits to the piece there’s an added 25% price.
I allow 10 small edits and 2 big edits
This won’t apply to some coms like: Logo, brand coms. For further explanation ask me about it.✦ It is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent. Sometimes a payment will not fall through and I won't know about it. If you fail to tell me that you've sent the payment within 24 hours - and I know I absolutely haven't received the payment - then there’s a time limit of 24hr to send the payment otherwise the commission will be canceled.✦ Refund Policy
- If the commission is canceled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
- If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion. I do have a rough basis for refunds:Sketch: 90%
Line: 50%
Line and Flat Color: 0%
No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
- The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation with a short explanation.
- If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.
- By chargeback this will get you blacklisted and I will do everything in my power to get my money back.SECTION III. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION✦ Discussion of the commission is through my instagram DM’s or Artistee✦ Visual Reference Guidelines:
- The Clients must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference: please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character. If you link to a gallery of your character’s artwork, I cannot promise your design will be done with 100% accuracy. Design interpretations may be inconsistent between images and lessen my ability to accurately draw your character. Shading on potential pieces will also play a part in this.
- For character design please either give me your own character info sheet that is similar to my own template or fill in my template as for getting the best result.- I will try to answer as soon as possible, I think it will be that max 48hr. Please do not spam.SECTION IV. WILL DRAW/WON’T DRAW✦ Below is a general guideline for what I will or won’t draw. Please keep in mind that’s in my own artstyle and I won’t try to match other peoples art styles.✦What is in my ability:

Icons ( Humans, for like socials etc)

Gore
Incest/Fetishes
Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and characters with Nazi/Soviet/etc. imagery or paraphernalia.SECTION V. WORKFLOW PROCESS✦ I work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide. I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some variation.✦ Estimated date to completion. If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.✦ Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than roughly 1 to 2 weeks. If for any reason I cannot complete a commission within 90 days of ordering, I will issue a full refund.✦ Works in Progress (WIPS). Certain commission types may or may not include a sketch approval stage. I will send any wips to the commissioner in DM’s. Progress will be paused until the sketch is confirmed.✦ Revisions and edits. If the commission type includes a sketch approval stage, any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image. After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.✦ If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN MY ARTWORK, PLEASE DON’T HESITATE TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS <3
